Room was not in a good condition

The recepcionista seemed annoyed but the bell boys where super helpful, the tv had dead pixels spots and some of the furniture was a bit dusty, the bed was comfortable though

Not the fanciest nor most comfortable hotel but it’s good enough for a few nights. People are loud and run around the halls but it’s fairly quiet past 11pm.

Did not try the breakfast. Convenient location for my business trip. Small room, met my needs, good price.

The hotel for the price was decent. Very basic nothing over the top or extra. A good stop over for a night or two.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and it was good! The room, while outdated, was clean and had everything needed. The hotel is close to public transportation ( about 3 blocks away from metrobus and you can take other buses on the corner outside of the hotel) The reception staff was nice but a bit unprofessional. They were laughing loudly and playing while we were trying to check in or talk to them. They weren't mean though. Would definitely stay here again for short stays.

Centrally located and quite, a nice reception friendly and efficient, room has all the basic necessities with a nice hot shower. Reasonable breakfast with a good hot coffee. Please ambiance at breakfast. The best thing is its central and Economic.

Excelente ubicación,para movilizarse está muy céntrico y la zonas alrededor es segura y muchas policía ...está muy bien el precio muy recomendable....la pasamos de maravilla en este hotel..... Juan Carlos....

La habitación estuvo limpia en general; sin embargo, las cortinas y ventanas estaban llenas de polvo. Eso es algo en lo que debieran prestar más atención.

--- Scam Hotel – Hidden Charges, Deceptive Practices, and Shady Environment I booked this hotel through Expedia, and what I experienced was nothing short of a scam. The hotel advertises standard amenities — including air conditioning — as part of the room price. But once you arrive, they demand an extra 400 Mexican pesos per night just to use the AC. This charge was never disclosed during booking. When I refused to pay, they gave me the worst possible room, clearly trying to pressure me into upgrading. If you push back or question their tactics, they call the police to intimidate you. In our case, the police were supportive and admitted that the hotel is known for scamming guests like this — it’s a recurring issue. When I contacted Expedia, the hotel refused to refund the money, and since Expedia couldn't override that, I ended up losing the entire booking. I later realized this hotel uses multiple booking platforms to run the same scam on others. Even more concerning: the hotel name is intentionally misleading, closely mimicking a reputable chain (Hotel Sevilla) to trick people into booking. And some wrong activity regarding girls was also running in hotel not at all for family

Place is really clean and conveniently located, the restaurant downstairs offers breakfast buffet, and it's great!!! Rooms are ok, a bit outdated, but it's good after all sughtseeing to be done, you're only using it to sleep and clean up.

The rooms do NOT have ac, the drainage is terrible, floating the shower and bathroom , elevator only work 1 day of 6 stay, need to use service elevator. Hallway very dirty.
