The hotel is located in a very central and reasonable quite location making it good just across the road they set up a local market, interesting to see and maybe get some local food. The room is clean but has older style furniture and could do with some modernization, but when you consider the price it works. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

Muy mal servicio y las habitaciones muy viejas e incómodas

Where to begin? Well, I would have to say the personnel at the front desk were extremely unfriendly and even unprofessional. Not a smile, not a greeting, nothing. They go out of their way to avoid eye contact with you when you ask them. Something, even turn their heads to the side and ignore you. They appear to be completely untrained regarding hospitality. Garbage collectors would have been friendlier. In fact, they acted rather annoyed when we informed them that our air conditioner was barely working. We asked that they replace it since it was a portable unit. Of course they didn’t. Our room was extremely stuffy and hot. Very uncomfortable. Also, they refused to give us plastic drinking cups, of all things, for our room. We actually had to go to a restaurant outside the hotel and purchased them. Imagine. There was no mini fridge in the room, and since there is no ice on the property, we had to purchase a bag of ice in order to keep our beverages cool. My friend and I from the United States are fluent in Spanish and our traveling companion is from Chihuahua, so there was no language barrier. Just unfriendly and unprofessional people at the front desk. I have stayed in this hotel several times in spite of the weak Wi-Fi because of the location. I will never stay here again, nor will my friends. Extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Buena ubicación

Muy buen hotel, espacioso, siempre hay agua caliente y te hacen el aseo a diario Sin embargo la red wifi no agarra casi nunca, la cama es muy incomoda y el gimnasio solo está abierto en las mañanas Volvería a ir de todos modos~

Buen Servicio y aparte el tener restaurante ayuda mucho para no salir a buscar donde comer

La habitación muy pequeña pero cómoda todo limpio gran servicio muy amables menos la recepciónista si la ven mejor evítenla para no llevarse un mal sabor a la primera es una chica gordita con lentes , de ahí todos muy accesibles

Habitación limpia y sencilla

La ubicación es de 10 , la habitación esta bien, solo que me toco en el primer piso y se siente mucho frio. Las camareras muy amables al igual que el joven de recepción y los bell boys. Solo una señorita de la mañana de recepción pésima atencion.

Camas cómodas y sábanas limpias, baño también muy limpio, habia una fuga en el retrete pero no afectaba su funcionalidad, tiene secadora de pelo, plancha y ganchos en closet, lo único que no especifican la hora del check in, tuve un inconveniente para llegar a las 19:00 hrs que era lo que manejó la reservación, para comunicarse al hotel, igual no contestaban, a última hora logro comunicarme y ne avisan que podia ingresar hasta antes de las 12:00 de la noche, y ya todo bien, deberian especificar detalles. El desayuno no lo tomamos ahí. En general la relación precio calidad bien.

Deberían tener más personal de servicio de mantenimiento ya que no es posible tener que estar esperando atención más de un día con el comentario de que la persona encargada tuvo que retirarse por problemas familiares

Habitación muy pequeña, cama dura, podrían mejorar un poco está muy viejo el hotel, relación precio calidad está bien es barato calidad regular/mala

El personal súper atento y amable, la limpieza 10/10 no tengo ninguna queja en lo absoluto
