I really enjoy staying here when I go to Monterrey. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Any questions they will take their time to explain. The place may look sketchy outside. But it’s safe. A guard is always there 24 hours. Any place you go has it’s good and bad, don’t judge before you try it out! Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay as usual. Jennifer and Alfredo were very courteous and helpful at check in and check out. Laura, Alan, and Sabrina very very serviceable at their restaurant. I felt like at home.
