I really enjoy staying here when I go to Monterrey. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Any questions they will take their time to explain. The place may look sketchy outside. But it’s safe. A guard is always there 24 hours. Any place you go has it’s good and bad, don’t judge before you try it out! Will definitely stay here again!

Traveler from Houston, TX I got a good deal for a short stay (2 nights) Price varies with demand. This is one of my top 3 picks when I’m on a budget and not looking for a fancy ($$$) 5 star hotel. Good AC, wifi, TV, live music bar, shower, bed; affordable buffet and very friendly staff. Great location if you need local transportation or Uber. Place is perfectly safe, just don’t wander around late at night.

I pay when I made the reservation this was for a family member and the hotel charged again. I try to complaint to Expedia which never responded my email the hotel refuses to give a refund. So I wish Expedia give me a phone number to call to explain this problem. I feel robbed for one this companies.

I could not believe the price or the photos that they showed me online. It is nothing like what I expected. It was a horrible experience. Ran out of toilet paper the first night dirty very dirty outside very dirty inside horrible smell very rude staff I would never stay there or recommend anybody to stay there in my life Horrible place.

Inside is ok, the wifi never worked!!! The restaurant didn’t open during the weekend, the staff disrupted my nap (when they have in the computer the time rented) a lady went to asked me if i was there!!!??? I didn’t like that because i was taking a nap I didn’t spend the last night at the hotel 😡

It was really good and we have a good rest at night the only rh Inv I didn’t enjoy was the anduve de of coffee In the rooms and the restaurant on site was not well attended. We sat there for around 15 min and nobody went to our table to help us so we left and went to other restaurant nearby

Wifi does not work at all told staff mulitple times suggested that I use restaurants wifi but must hang out in lounge in first floor . Inconvenient when my room was on the second floor. Everytime I told staff they said they would fix it and it was still the same crappy . I couldn’t even load Netflix that’s how horrible it is . Bed sheets smell as well . Not worth the price .
