I pay when I made the reservation this was for a family member and the hotel charged again. I try to complaint to Expedia which never responded my email the hotel refuses to give a refund. So I wish Expedia give me a phone number to call to explain this problem. I feel robbed for one this companies.

I could not believe the price or the photos that they showed me online. It is nothing like what I expected. It was a horrible experience. Ran out of toilet paper the first night dirty very dirty outside very dirty inside horrible smell very rude staff I would never stay there or recommend anybody to stay there in my life Horrible place.

Es un hotel muy viejo serca del mercado por endes hay calles sucias, llenas de basura asi comonla entrada del looby las paredes de las havitaciones estan manchadas y el baño de la havitacion esta lleno de moho las almoadas estan manchadas y en general es un hotel viejo
