Krystal Beach Acapulco

Pésimo hotel. le falta mucho mantenimiento nosotros. Rentamos 12 habitaciones y ni una función el aire. La comida. Le falta mucha variedad no ay nada. No hablemos del servicio La gerenta muy grosera. No te resulve nada. Pésimo en todo. No se los recomiendo para nada

Fue una experiencia horrible, te ponen un brazalete que debes de portar en toda tu estancia, si se te despega o se te pierde se te cobran 697.00 pesos, si estás en la alberca es muy probable que se te despegue. No se aceptan visitas si tu familia o amigos te quieren visitar. Las personas dejan apartados camastros y mesas en el área de piscina y no están ahí, ni entiendo cómo permiten eso. En nuestra última noche soñaron las alarmas de incendio a media noche, la salida de emergencia en súper mal estado, mi hijo tiene un problema en sus rodillas y lo tuve que bajar literalmente cargando y tiene 15 años, nadie clarificó que pasó, no nos dijeron que pasó y si estábamos a salvo o no, una experiencia horrible, nunca hubo nadie que nos pudiera dar información, los huéspedes estábamos en el lobby, en planta baja o otros en la playa. Jamás me volvería a hospedar en este hotel. Necesitas una identificación para que te den toallas de la alberca, si se llegan a manchar por lo más mínimo te cobran extra, y tienes que esperar mucho tiempo porque no hay un empleado que esté ahí para entregarte las toallas y las tienes que regresar en esa área para que te regresen tu identificación y esperar hasta que alguien llegue a el área, etc.. las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación las tienes que regresar al hacer check out. Pagas el estacionamiento y duran casi 1 hora los valet parking en traerte tu carro.

MUY BUENA ATENCIÓN POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL

This is a very basic hotel with no frills. When I got to my room the bathroom didn’t even have towels and O had to call housekeeping for towels. Lots of noise from the traffic below and the buses constantly honking their horns.

Severe sewage problem. We had no water for a period of 11-8am and then the water was running gross black water. The front desk staff acted like it was no problem. My niece came to have lunch with me and the front desk guy wanted 510. Pesos to let her in. I said how much are you going to pay me for the dirty water in the bathroom?. RUDE!! Check out that day. The staff needs to be considerate of guests.!!

The only problems are #1 , the a/c on the rooms are not adequate, I had to purchase a fan to make it bearable #2, the elevators, even though there are 4, many times one was out of service or there were so many guests that you wait for more than 10 minutes and still can't get on one, in 19 days I had to take the stairs to the tenth floor 5 times in sweltering heat, when you do get on one it stops on almost every floor and they are very hot inside. Other than that it was good

My room was without towels and the telephone wasn't working I told them but nobody whent to check the telephone line.

once we arrived, there was no water in the room, the towels were dirty, and when we asked the staff to give us new towels because ours were dirty, they said that they would not bring them up to us that we had to go down to the lobby and get them ourselves. Also, there was no chairs on the balconies to sit and there was no tissues.

hotel is in a great area for eat outs and entertaintment front door staff is great they help you out the most on places to eat an do an go awson. only thing is that they make you wear hand ribben ur whole stay n they tell you so you can acess the beach n come in the resort again but it turns out ribbons are use for pool area they charge locals a fee to use pool so if you sleep late pool area is packed no chairs or tables available an they want an id for towels i took my passport i wasnt going to give them a passport for beach towels it seems locals are better takencare of than guest an forget about dont disturb signs in ur door they call an call ur room phone im guessing to see if ur there. n they still go in ur room an try to clean i was only there for weekend didnt need my room clean ive stayed in many hotels an i have never ever had an experience like the one in cyrstals the ritz is right next to cyrtals im not affeliated in any way nor i care about ritz hotels but it might cost a little more there activitys look better managed. not promoting nor i care were you end up booking im just telling you what ive experience i live in los angeles california i travel alot to vegas i could tell a good hotel from a poor managed one..

We paíd all inclusive! Room service not included. !!!!!!! Food was the same everyday except one day. Cevicheria… no agrumo found on any dish

Please give more and better training to your front desk staff. I had the most terrible experience with Angel who was the person who checked us in the night we arrived. Angel was disdaining and rude with me and actually accused me of trying to take advantage of the hotel installations by saying that members of my family, who live in Acapulco, and I invited to come to join me for breakfast, which I was paying for every morning. This accusation, also expressed by another member of your front desk staff, a woman of robust complexion, and who conveniently did not have a name tag, were totally unfounded since she argued that we had been using the installations of the hotel everyday. I never received advise about having to by a day pass for the members of my family visiting me at the hotel. My family and I were only in the hotel Monday the 9th and Thursday the 12th. The other two days we were out of the hotel for the entire day. I didn't pursue any complaints of clarification because I didn't want to ruin my family's vacation, but I would certainly never come back to your hotel or any other properties owned by GHSF. I am sure that my comments will never reach Mr. Carlos Ancira and Mr. Francisco Medina. On a better note, I must mention that the staff at the restaurant and the pool and beach areas treated us like royalty. Those are the only staff of the hotel who deserve a comment of congratulations.

Q tengan mas opciones para personas con alergias alimenticias y q permitan usar el elevador si ya tenemos reservacion, en el todo incluido q den las bebidas temprano solo queria agua mineral y era hasta las 11 am
