This place is beautiful, no elevators but they have golf carts that can take you to wherever you need. The staff was wonderful! and the rooms were very pretty and clean!

Las Hadas by Brisas exceeded all our expectatuons. Beautiful property and lovely staff. The Mexican street fair was amazing!! The beach and water were a highlight. I highly recomend this property.

Ray who checked us in was excellent, spoke very good English and very helpful. I had a problem with my water and the next day it was sorted and I was moved to a larger room with hot water. The hotel has charm and dated elegance, it’s quirky things just don’t quite work properly but I quite liked that. I had fabulous black out blinds in my living room and bedroom but sadly the kitchen area had nothing which meant there was a lot of light coming in from that. I am very sensitive to light. I did try to cover it with a towel but it just didn’t work. The food is good enough. I would suggest B & B but New Years Eve was great as was a Mexican themed event last night. Staff are very friendly but very few speak English which for me was not a problem. I would go back again but not all inclusive. As a solo traveller I was also charged the same price as my 2 friends who shared a room on an all inclusive basis which was not good as I don’t drink alcohol either so it made it very expensive for me.

This hotel is very clean, with great views, Acces to in and outside restaurants, staff are nice and professional, great activities, the room clean, smell good, and the bed is very comfortable, people at the buffet were friendly and welcoming. Had a great time. I can visit this hotel again

Beautiful place

Valet parking was excellent and front desk. Room service was excellent.

My wife and I stayed for three days, and we were delighted with the place; very inspiring, clean, and relaxing.

Have been here a few times now, all service is excellent, friendly and helpful staff, and clean amenities, would definitely recommend

Beautiful Hotel and Great Staff!

Beautiful hotel with the interesting architecture. Ocean easy for swimming, no big waves. Air congitioning was noisy, could not be used at night. Bathroom needs some maintenance. Overall great stay.

Room was nice, staff was helpful and friendly, food was good. Only complaint would be that the sand was full of tar. I know this is something the hotel cant control but maybe they import some in order to keep their 5 star ratimg

The whole place and staff was awesome!

The room was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The room didnt have hot water for 2 days. Was finally turned on after complaining about it twice. It really never got hot. Food was ok. The buffet was mediocre. We ate in the city most of the time.
