Cinco días pidiendo cambio de colchón o base. Ignorados. 4 días para que nos pudieran abastecer de crema. Cuna entregada 11 pm. Dos lesiones leves sin protocolo de actuación picadura por abeja y picadura por erizo. Solo una noche de cena porque no contaban con servicio de niñeras ni continuidad en el restaurante familiar. Es la tercera vez que visitábamos el resort esta ovación mucho que desear

This place is beautiful, no elevators but they have golf carts that can take you to wherever you need. The staff was wonderful! and the rooms were very pretty and clean!

He llegado varias ocasiones al hotel, tienen buen servicio y la comida no está mal aunque muuuy limitada no cambia jamás el menú, el bufete y de los restaurantes! Otra cosa les URGE limpieza profunda a las habitaciones de vd es q la mugre sale por todos lados! El servicio es excelente

Las Hadas by Brisas exceeded all our expectatuons. Beautiful property and lovely staff. The Mexican street fair was amazing!! The beach and water were a highlight. I highly recomend this property.

Ray who checked us in was excellent, spoke very good English and very helpful. I had a problem with my water and the next day it was sorted and I was moved to a larger room with hot water. The hotel has charm and dated elegance, it’s quirky things just don’t quite work properly but I quite liked that. I had fabulous black out blinds in my living room and bedroom but sadly the kitchen area had nothing which meant there was a lot of light coming in from that. I am very sensitive to light. I did try to cover it with a towel but it just didn’t work. The food is good enough. I would suggest B & B but New Years Eve was great as was a Mexican themed event last night. Staff are very friendly but very few speak English which for me was not a problem. I would go back again but not all inclusive. As a solo traveller I was also charged the same price as my 2 friends who shared a room on an all inclusive basis which was not good as I don’t drink alcohol either so it made it very expensive for me.

La habitación siempre estaba limpia. El personal todo el tiempo muy atento y amable. Increíble todo

Todo muy bien, creo que los alimentos pueden ser de mejor calidad y también que tenga un mejor acceso de rampas para bajar a la playa. De lo demás el personal muy bien, sin embargo se robaron una carrera de mi hija que dejamos olvidada y tenía dinero.

El personal es bueno, solo que no se de a notar tanto que lo unico que les importan a todos es nuestro dinero de los huespedes, por todo quieren cobrarte si no tienes plan todo incluido, lo cual es absurdo. Te trataban como si comisionaran por cada cosa que te cobraban. Precios super injustos para los que no compramos todo incluido, de hecho tomé captura de lo que consumimos y enrre otras pruebas para compartirlas con las personas que tengan como opcion este hotel.

This hotel is very clean, with great views, Acces to in and outside restaurants, staff are nice and professional, great activities, the room clean, smell good, and the bed is very comfortable, people at the buffet were friendly and welcoming. Had a great time. I can visit this hotel again
