해변의 편의시설과 수영장은 아주 줗았습니다. 샤워실은 좀더 관리가 필요할것같습니다

Las instalaciones súper limpias, cuidan el detalle, el servicio y me encanta que tenga su playa privada, todo lo encuentras dentro sin necesidad de ir ningún otro lugar.

Habitación muy limpia, Colchones y almohadas deliciosos para descansar. Personal muy atento, servicial y eficiente. Desayuno buffet muy rico en El Palmar. Restaurante Delfines para comer también muy rico. Excelente opción pesca del día.

La habitación muy limpia, los colchones y almohadas deliciosos para un verdadero descanso. El personal muy atento, servicial y eficiente. El bar muy ricas las bebidas, muy accesible y agradable ambiente. Los restaurantes El Palmar y Delfines muy rico y variado el menú. Excelente servicio.

Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Dinner was ok. Bars closed early other than one. Not much entertainment.

The pictures made this place look like a paradise. When we arrived a decided to upgrade the stay to include all inclusive. Big mistake the drinks were weak and the food lacked flavor and was over cooked, dry , hard and so on. The room smelled of mildew Iit was coming from the air conditioner and the light over the sinks had several dead bugs visibly in them. I have stayed at all inclusive hotels and this one was a waste of my hard earned money.

Simplemente mi lugar favorito en Manzanillo, instalaciones amplias y bonitas, personal muy amable, comida rica, un lugar bastante agradable cuando voy por cuestiones de trabajo

Es un hotel muy lindo, se nota que ya es viejo, tiene algunos pequeños detalles estructurales, sin embargo el personal muy atento, habitaciones limpias, la comida típica de hoteles todo incluido, al igual que el bar. Buen lugar para pasar unas vacaciones y relajarte.

Nice location and hotel. We had a nice room. Not available hot water. It never worked and staff were not helpful.

La habitación me agrado, tenia bonita vista, si vale la pena el todo incluido. La recepcionista Isabel super profesional y explico todo con claridad. Fernando de bar de alberca atento y Mirna super atenta al llevarnos las bebidas

Nunca me había pasado que me cobraran las toallas que otra persona me agarraron cuando tenía reservada un camastro y pedí que me revisaran cámaras y resulta que no tenían cámaras en esa parte, que mal rato me hicieron pasar

Excelente variedad de comida, buenas comodidad en la habitación como en las albercas y los restaurantes

No hot water, outdated furniture, rooms are kinda what to be expected cheaper stays look much better in the room than these

When I arrived they asked me for proof of identity(CURP) for my kids it was never stated that I needed that during the reservation. My kids don’t have a CURP since they are not Mexican citizens. They decline to check us in without any proof had I known this I would have brought something but wasn’t aware. Our second part of group was checked in same situation but had no problem checking in. Very inconsistent. Also our group we booked on one reservation 2 rooms and we weren’t even close to gather at all. I asked if we could be on the same floor we were traveling together and would like to be near and the very coldly and bluntly stated they are completely booked and couldn’t accommodate. After check in we went to lunch taco bar and they had 2 choices of meat chorizo and 1 other one option I think chicharrón. And were “out” of the 6 other options. If they know they have people checking in and arriving why wouldn’t they be prepared for people to arrive and eat. I was okay fine it is what it is but then I over heard the server asking for tacos for a guest and the chef making the tacos went off saying damn again that man already came by to get tacos and went off saying bad words referring to the man. My whole group heard it including my kids. It was unacceptable behavior. We didn’t need to hear all that. We were never informed of the daily activities or the children’s club at all and I think my kids would have like to participate in the activities.
