Agradable estancia , se sugiere mantenimiento del hotel , sin embargo sigue siendo un Hotel donde se puede descansar

Overall good property. Food was ok at best. Buffet did not have much choice. One of the two restaurants you need reservations for kids need to be 14 which feels a bit old. The other was a steakhouse, but steak was not included and you needed to pay extra.

Food was horrendous… thy have elevator jazz music playing while there is house music blasting at the pool and you hear them both together and it’s the worst thing ever

Clean room , easy parking amazing staff very friendly and respectful and fast. We have been visiting las hadas for over 5 years and i see more friendly staff. Love the breakfast options and fiesta Mexicana was so fun. Natalia was very professional and check us in so very fast. Our car guys are so helpful. Wish you guys offer to go bags for breakfast our kid was sick and didn’t get nothing to eat even if we paid the all inclusive. We loved our suit and our room was spotless no complaints at all. I love the new snack options by the pool.

Todo excelente solo que deberian de ser mas ágiles en el check in y esas cosas, demasiada gente siempre, iba en plan todo incluido pero si queria algo mas como una corona, te la cobran. Se supone que es todo incluido cobra ahi todo..

La vista era increíble

Excelente hotel de descanso y trabajo.

En general estuvo muy bien solo faltaron snacks como hamburguesas hot dogs y papas ya que mi paquete era todo incluido.

No le pongo las 5 estrellas dado que reportamos una fuga del inodoro de nuestra habitación, al parecer el sapo ya no sirve... De ahí en fuera todo muy bien! Sigue en muy buenas condiciones como hace mucho tiempo 80's jejeje... La playa excelente, el trato del personal y los servicios de 10, todo muy bien!
