Riad Palais des Princesses

I recently stayed at Riad Palais des Princesses, we obtained a room upgrade which was so perfect, room was spotless, spacious, well maintained, and the staff was incredible friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was perfect, walking distance to iconic places, shopping, and restaurants. I highly recommend this Riad.

This was our first visit to Marrakesh for both my wife and me. We had always put it off, thinking it might not be suitable for us. To our surprise, it turned out to be a wonderful and adventurous experience. The Moroccan people, overall, are incredibly warm and welcoming. They genuinely care about visitors and treat guests with great respect. Coming from a background that favors spicy food, we still appreciated Morocco’s simple yet flavorful cuisine. Our first contact with Hotel Riad Palais des Princesses & SPA was through Simo, and I must give him full credit. From start to finish, he looked after us—arranging transport to and from the airport, explaining everything along the way, and always speaking in excellent English, which helped us a lot since we only speak English. Simo truly delivered exceptional customer service and went above and beyond what we expected. The breakfast at the hotel was extensive and delicious. Chef Nailla at the restaurant prepared meals to order for us a few times, and the food was excellent every time. The hotel itself was fantastic—I chose it because of its VIP status, and it did not disappoint. All the staff were friendly and professional. The female-only spa facilities were a great bonus, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed using them.

Excellent staff. Haman and massage out of this works. Good service and food. Great views on terrace. Just beautiful.

This place was full of charm and culture. Great location for exploring Old Town Marrakech.

The hotel was wonderful and relaxing after our two weeks in Morocco. We visited the spa for massages and facials which were great. The location was good from the main square and soils as well as other restaurants and sites. The breakfast had a lot of variety and good food. Sino, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and patient with our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure it was a great stay. I definitely recommend this hotel for your time in Marrakech.

The property made it easy to get to and from the markets, and they provide a service to help get your luggage to and from the airport !

Really well situated close to the souk and easy walking to all areas of interest within the city walls. Beautifully furnished and decorated property, and very helpful, welcoming staff.

The Riad is pretty. The rooms for sharing are small. The staff was excellent and helpful. The restaurant was not open on at least three of the four nights we were there and there is no bar. The spa treatments were great. The rooftop area was nice. You need to be able to do a lot of stairs.

Great property in the middle of the action of the medina. Staff were attentive and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights ( Plus a custom map provided to guests). The rooftop terrace was an excellent spot to relax after a day of walking in the crowded streets!

It was right in the medina shopping area but was so beautifully quiet. The hotel smelled of roses, just lo ely.

Highly recommend staying here... staff were very friendly & helpful (nothing was too much trouble)... Central location. Would definitely stay again.

Riad Palais des Princesses is a lovely hotel. Highbend 4* by European standards. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Down an alley in the old town you need to hire a porter to take you from the taxi drop off to the hotel. The hotel consists of a number of old Riads joined together - lots of stairs and low door ways. Delightful but difficult if you cannot manage stairs well. Only 5 mins walk from the main square its very central. Really safe to walk around.

After booking my stay, I emailed the property about a concern i had about arriving at the Riad, I also phoned to make confirmation. Malek was very responsive and reassuring. Upon my arrival I was met with kindness and respect, all the staff were friendly and greeted me every time I saw them. Simon was very informative and super kind, he always made sure I was well and had everything I needed. At one pount in my trip I became unwell, and he got chef to bring me tea and offered me medicine very concerned. The Riad is elegant in Moroccan charms, with many original features, the room was comfortable and spacious (Dalia) and daily breakfasts was a varied selection of delights. All the staff were very accomodating, and kind. I loved my time at Princessess, and if I returned to Merrakech I would definitely re-book. Super hospitality. THANK YOU
