My check-out experience felt detached and impersonal, with no one even asking about my stay. My spa appointment was canceled without any prior notice. I only discovered this upon arriving at the spa. Although they attempted to arrange an alternative, the walk there was unbearable in the heat.

Amazing stay! Gorgeous hotel and amazing staff, so friendly, helpful and wonderful with our kids. Pool was warm and hammam spa was a great experience. Breakfast was delicious with lots of selection. We are sad to leave!

My wife and I stayed at the Riad Palais des Princesses for a 3 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are seeking a modern, clinical type of hotel, this isn't for you - it is however for those wanting to step back in time, soak up the atmosphere and ambiance and to do so in beautiful surroundings. From the moment we arrived the staff were superb as we took our seats for our welcoming Moroccon mint tea and they catered for all our needs throughout our stay. The Riad is perfectly located as a starting point to explore the city, close to the main square and souks. Our suite was beautifully arranged with a unique and quirky entrance room leading to the main bedroom suite and bathroom. The roof top terrace also came to good use as a spot to sit out and relax and enjoy the setting sun. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Located deep within the medina, you’ll be walking to this hotel. When you first find it and walk through the glass doors you’re transported away from the hustle and bustle of the souk where you can sip mint tea and relax on the roof top veranda soaking up the sun. The staff are cheerful and helpful. A fantastic hotel.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εκπληκτική και σχεδόν δίπλα στην πλατεία Jamaa el fnaa. Δεν γινόταν να χαθείς! Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Ομορφο παραδοσιακό ριαντ με άνετα δωμάτια και πλούσιο πρωινό. Το συνιστώ!
