This place is phenomenal - friendly service, clean and modern rooms, lovely breakfast. We first stayed in 2022 and had to come back to the same place again now we have our daughter! Amazing hotel best in Bergen

Clean hotel, staff were very nice - bartenders were particularly friendly and very accommodating. We ran into the manager on the third floor (where they are planning on having another bar) and asked if we could order a drink and he said it wasn’t open yet but gave us 10% at the main bar downstairs.

Service is good but if you need flexibility or understanding they’re poor. My daughter fell ill, and despite only having booked a two night stay with them the night before we were meant to arrive, and having stayed one day with them, they refused to refund the second night in this ‘exceptional’ case. With holidays like Norway, where you need flexibility and understanding, Bergen Bors will not provide you with it - very disappointed with management as the front of house staff were actually very nice and said they would escalate. It’s a shame the hotel felt the need to refuse a £110 refund as I definitely won’t be returning again, and will advise friends that travel not to as well.

The location was unbeatable. The hotel had a charm about it rather than the cookie cutter mould. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was large and was quaint, everything worked, a vase of real roses was an added personal touch. The lighting at the far side was poor and needs improvement. The bed side table was low and inconvenient.

Abt 10mins walk to Bergen train station but not easy with rock road especially with large luggage There is few staircase to reached hotel lobby (no luggage pathway) Nice Breakfast variety, it’ll be good to add some Asian foods Excellent front desk service especially Julie whom help us on room extension despite multiple queries. Thank you

Good breakfast, poor housekeeping .. Very small rooms , good centrally located. .No porter service ,had to carry bags up a flight of stairs to another level for rooms... Orher amenities in hotel ie.restaurants,bar area were excellent....
