We stayed for 1 week at room 601. The shower doesn't have a door, only half of it has a glass wall so when you shower water will spill on the floor so i slipped one time when I got out of the shower. Very unsafe. The bed is so hard that gaves us back pain and bed was un-even, it was bumpy and when we removed all linens to check, we saw there was another foam on top of the bed that makes it bumpy and the bed doesnt have matress protection that we saw 3 bed bugs! Staff are very nice but we are not going back to this hotel. Would not even recommend.

The additional fee for the third person was not declared during the initial check-in process. Upon booking, I had explicitly stated that there would be two adults and one child, totaling three. However, I was surprised to find that the room rate only covered two individuals, one adult and one child, with an extra charge for the second adult that was not advertised on the app. If I had been aware of this initially, I would have chosen not to book this hotel. To maintain transparency, it is crucial that such charges be clearly disclosed to avoid misleading guests with hidden fees.
