Great location, easy to get into the city. Clean and comfy room.

It’s been really easy and convenient. Would stay there again when I visit Edinburgh

Nice place and close to the city center. It says free street parking but not very feasible and difficult to navigate. We parked at a car park and Uber to the hotel.

Loved this place. The location was perfect, out of the city but not far and bus stops right outside. Restaurants very close. The room was a great size.

Roaches, uncomfortable beds, didn’t clean the room at all in the 4 nights we were there even after we placed the placard on the door to make up the room. Terrible. Overpriced and wouldn’t do that again. Only positive is that it was near public transit.

Location was fantastic. Lovely building. Unfortunately there was a large leak in one of the rooms that had a bucket under it. I emailed the hotel contact on day 1 and haven’t heard back. The dripping carried on all night and kept my youngest up so not ideal. Reading other reviews it seems this room has a historic leak so suggest it needs fixing.

The staff were friendly, and there were nice touches, like the complementary refreshments. The room was too hot, though, and there was nothing we could do about it.

We stayed at No 6 West Coates and the carpets were stained. Our room the carpets were also stained. We noticed the sink we not draining properly and the shower we had when turned on only gave cold water. (If we ironically turned the cold water tap on the bathtub, then lukewarm water would come out of the shower). We reported this to the hotel's 24 hour helpdesk by calling, and though despite being promised it would be fixed, they didn't bother to get someone to look at the problem, until we called again in the evening realising when we returned the problem had not been fixed. By then it was too late. They also didn't have another room available to transfer us to. This pretty much ruined our stay.

Apart from the initial hiccup on arrival, the visit was one of the best I have spent in Edinburgh, I do visit the town regularly & I will indeed be spending time there again. The friendliness of the staff, attention to detail, the neatness & most of all the closeness to the town centre a definite plus. THANK YOU!

Fire experience nice chill spot not far from shops or places to go to eat out with your friends, the room was nice and they bit of food in the morning was good aswell a nice little touch, the worker whoever it was was also pretty nice

Muy buen hotel Muy cómoda la habitación, grande y confortable. El baño también, muy cómodo y grande. Muy bien el desayuno. Buena ubicación, ubicado en la calle que pasa el colectivo que te trae del aeropuerto.

Shower didn’t work, pillows stank of sweat, dirty towels left from previous lodgers. We left the property a day early and found accommodation elsewhere it was that poor. Avoid at all costs.

Awful. Heating was terrible and way too cold and hotel unable to offer extra heating or bedding so had to check out

The room was affordable for the time of year we were staying in Edinburgh but the bathroom door didn't close properly and there was no hot water for showers one day.

I liked that the area is quiet, however the cleanliness needs improvement in bathrooms and underbeds, also cobwebs on lights and dusty cupboards.

The room is suitable for two people, but I didn't encounter any room service during my three-night stay. There is a problem with the toilet door; it gets stuck on the floor and makes noise when opened. Additionally, the bathroom sink isn't draining properly. I typically shower after my girlfriend, and I noticed that there was still water around my ankles by the time I did showering .
