メールで動画など送られてきますが、受付がないので不安でしたが、たまたま人がいてくれて教えてくれ、鍵を受け取ることができました。 部屋も綺麗で、バスタブがあり、良かったです。 掃除の有無のサインがないので掃除がないのかと思ってましたが、ありました。 簡単な朝食があり嬉しかったです。

スタッフさんと会う機会がないのですが、事前に動画のURLなどもあり、特に問題はなく宿泊できました。

Great location, easy to get into the city. Clean and comfy room.

Nice place and close to the city center. It says free street parking but not very feasible and difficult to navigate. We parked at a car park and Uber to the hotel.

Loved this place. The location was perfect, out of the city but not far and bus stops right outside. Restaurants very close. The room was a great size.

Roaches, uncomfortable beds, didn’t clean the room at all in the 4 nights we were there even after we placed the placard on the door to make up the room. Terrible. Overpriced and wouldn’t do that again. Only positive is that it was near public transit.

Dirty, mold in the bathroom, loud noises and no quiet the whole trip. Not worth the money. Stayed in room 2

Location was fantastic. Lovely building. Unfortunately there was a large leak in one of the rooms that had a bucket under it. I emailed the hotel contact on day 1 and haven’t heard back. The dripping carried on all night and kept my youngest up so not ideal. Reading other reviews it seems this room has a historic leak so suggest it needs fixing.

Habitación y baño muy amplio, la propiedad y los muebles están muy descuidados un poco retirado pero se puede uno trasladar en transporte público. Fue difícil la comunicación con el personal

Before you stand outside the house on your way to check inn: make sure you have received an email with a code for the door, code for your key and information about how to use it. All in all a good experience with the price in mind. Could definitely go back some day.

Location was great. Shower was poorly designed in main bedroom. No supply of toilet paper. Damp in basement

The staff were friendly, and there were nice touches, like the complementary refreshments. The room was too hot, though, and there was nothing we could do about it.

We stayed at No 6 West Coates and the carpets were stained. Our room the carpets were also stained. We noticed the sink we not draining properly and the shower we had when turned on only gave cold water. (If we ironically turned the cold water tap on the bathtub, then lukewarm water would come out of the shower). We reported this to the hotel's 24 hour helpdesk by calling, and though despite being promised it would be fixed, they didn't bother to get someone to look at the problem, until we called again in the evening realising when we returned the problem had not been fixed. By then it was too late. They also didn't have another room available to transfer us to. This pretty much ruined our stay.

Incrível, muito bom, só faltou um frigobar no quarto, no mais tudo ótimo ,hotel bem localizado.

Aspetti positivi: centro raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20/30 minuti. Altrimenti comodissimi i bus 26 - 31 - 12 proprio davanti all'hotel Camera di gusto classico moderno anche se realizzata da artigiani sicuramente non all'altezza della precisione italiana. Negativo: è un hotel ma non vengono svolte le pulizie né rifacimento letti. Colazione basica che più basica non si può. WiFi debolissimo

Ha suonato l allarme antincendio alle 03 di notte senza un motivo ben chiaro, porta-finestra difettosa, due letti su tre comodi il terzo meno e l ultima sera il wc sì e ostruito.
