Fantastic hotel. Front desk staff were super helpful before, during and after check-in. They helped personalise our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Our Sweet Suite was awesome with great amenities including the fabled pool table. Perfectly located for the SEC venues but only a short 10 minute taxi ride to the city centre of Glasgow

Rooms not the cleanest had to be moved from the first room due to stains all over the room and the second room due to the smell of urine in the bathroom. Third room was very clean great bar and pizzas, breakfast was grand.

Online check-in meant we could skip the very long queue. Room was huge, spotless, best bed I have slept in, bathroom was a good size, amazing rainfall shower. Sky bar has amazing views and drinks were lovely with a great vibe
