매우 강력추천하는 호텔. 사진과 조금은 다르겠지하는 마음으로 갔는데 모든 시설이 사진과 같고 신축호텔만큼이나 깨끗해서 놀랐다. 아주 따뜻한 물이 총강력수압으로 나와서 온천수와 같은 샤워를 할 수 있었고 주차에 인색한 다른 영국호텔들에 비해 넉넉한 주차공간이 너무 마음에 들었다. 프론트데스크 직원들도 다른 곳에 비해 굉장히 서비스태도가 좋았다. 모든 면에서 나물랄곳이 없는 호텔.

Maintenance & Checking sensors are in proper working condition

Faulty sensor in room switched power off on two separate occasions. Happened first in the afternoon whilst we were sitting at the table wrapping Christmas presents.Second occasion occurred when we returned from an excellent evening meal in Finnieston. Alarming when it happens & you do not know the reason why.

A very disappointing stay due to the lack of interest from staff from beginning to end of our stay. We splashed out for a family room and receptionist was so rude at check-in and seemed surprised we needed a bed for the 11 year old even though we had booked for 3 of us. She said there is a king size bed. We said it was for 3 and she said but do you need a bed for him. Gave no information about hotel, where room was, breakfast time, parking , nothing. We asked if we needed to book sky bar, which was one of the reasons we booked that hotel, but she said you can’t it’s closed later for a private function. We booked a meal for 8.30 in the small bar and waitress told us it was table service and she would comeback to get our food and drink order. We waited 25mins and no one came near us. We ended going up to bar and ordering drinks. Place wasn’t even busy but presume they were busy with the private function. Eventually got starters by 9.30. At 10pm security came and said we would have to leave soon as children not allowed in bar after 10. She said could finish food etc as we were guests in hotel. At 10.30 another security guy came and said we would have to leave. I said we are waiting for someone to come with the bill! We weren’t even sitting drinking, just waiting. Truly awful experience! Always wanted to stay in Radisson Red but won’t be back. Shocking for the money we paid!

Staff friendly, room is spacious and clean. This disappointing was thr sky bar close both nights for private functions, jot fair for regular guests. The oui restaurant is very overpriced. Ordered a shared nachos to only have just 6 nachos between the 2 of us for £10. Wouldnt recommend eating there.

Room was nice and hotel itself is in a great location and would stay again. Only reason for 3 stars was we were not told about the private function on the Saturday night which meant the kitchen was closed when we arrived and sky bar was not taking any bookings. We had an event on at the hydro so were unable to eat in the restaurant when it opened back up at 6pm. If we had been told about this when booking, we would have made plans to eat in town before heading down to the hotel to get ready for the night. Spoke to manager at the time about being disappointed with the situation but she didn’t seem too bothered and told us that there were restaurants 20 mins walk away in the pouring rain. Not ideal when we had booked the hotel for its location to the hydro.

The whole hotel was a dream, I’ve stayed before but my girlfriend hasn’t and wanted her to sample the skyline bar. We didn’t have a booking but the staff squeezed us in and made us feel welcome. Thanks again.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent stay. The room I was given was not what I had paid for and did not match what was advertised. Despite being a guest, I was unable to use the hotel parking as it was completely full. The rooftop bar was also fully booked, even though we were paying guests; in my experience, other hotels reserve space for overnight guests as standard. Additionally, the towels in the room were stained which I have photos of, which is unacceptable. I spent £200 on this stay, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. This is not the level of service I expect when paying this amount. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed promptly.

Slight wait to check in due to size of queue. Could’ve done with more staff on duty and have online check desk open. Otherwise brilliant stay, big, clean room with amazing view.
