매우 강력추천하는 호텔. 사진과 조금은 다르겠지하는 마음으로 갔는데 모든 시설이 사진과 같고 신축호텔만큼이나 깨끗해서 놀랐다. 아주 따뜻한 물이 총강력수압으로 나와서 온천수와 같은 샤워를 할 수 있었고 주차에 인색한 다른 영국호텔들에 비해 넉넉한 주차공간이 너무 마음에 들었다. 프론트데스크 직원들도 다른 곳에 비해 굉장히 서비스태도가 좋았다. 모든 면에서 나물랄곳이 없는 호텔.

Room was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. For £190 the hospitality tray was awful, no tea or coffee. 1 sachet of hot chocolate. The fridge was not working. As we were only staying for 1 night we didn’t complain . Small plates in the Skybar were lovely, but food in the OUIBar was mixed . The red Thai curry and mac and cheese was very good but fish and chips was disappointing. Good selection at breakfast but could have been hotter .

Parking in Glasgow is always an issue, so onsite parking is always helpful. Ok, it costs £12 per night but saves hassle of a multi storey car park then having to walk. Rooms are great, very clean, fridge and coffee making machines.

Rooms not the cleanest had to be moved from the first room due to stains all over the room and the second room due to the smell of urine in the bathroom. Third room was very clean great bar and pizzas, breakfast was grand.

Good stay again, always very friendly staff and rooms are large and comfortable. Would prefer some means whereby hotel guests get free parking at the onsite facility but otherwise very happy

Fantastic hotel. Front desk staff were super helpful before, during and after check-in. They helped personalise our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Our Sweet Suite was awesome with great amenities including the fabled pool table. Perfectly located for the SEC venues but only a short 10 minute taxi ride to the city centre of Glasgow

Great room clean and modern

We absolutely loved this hotel and the staff. Special thanks to Dillon for helping us in the car park on a particularly cold and windy January evening, and then for upgrading our room to a fabulous, huge suite with the most amazing view out over the river and the city beyond. It was awesome, and we didn't want to leave! Immaculately clean throughout, very helpful staff and easy walking distance for exploring Glasgow on foot. Highly recommended.
