매우 강력추천하는 호텔. 사진과 조금은 다르겠지하는 마음으로 갔는데 모든 시설이 사진과 같고 신축호텔만큼이나 깨끗해서 놀랐다. 아주 따뜻한 물이 총강력수압으로 나와서 온천수와 같은 샤워를 할 수 있었고 주차에 인색한 다른 영국호텔들에 비해 넉넉한 주차공간이 너무 마음에 들었다. 프론트데스크 직원들도 다른 곳에 비해 굉장히 서비스태도가 좋았다. 모든 면에서 나물랄곳이 없는 호텔.

Didn’t have breakfast

Shocking hotel never informed us off building work gojng on i booked a superior and both sides of room were onto a building site awoken at 630am with workmen arriving thrn building noise actually got up without having breakfast and checked out

Excellent hotel, good food and staff

Room was an excellent size, immaculately clean, but was a little bit short in the milk and tea portions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Stayed here a few times and always had a lovely time. Easy parking for £12.50 overnight, and the rooms are spacious and modern. There's quite a lot of building work going on round the hotel just now which wasn't the best view out our window, but if you were in the upper rooms you probably won't notice. The pizza delivery to your room was also very convenient

I currently have a mobility issue and am using crutches to get around very slowly. Staff were incredibly kind and supportive. Reception staff even did an additional risk assessment to identify support I would require to leave the building in an emergency. Was very impressed. Didn't get that thorough level of assessment on a recent flight abroad.

Stay was amazing, little extra touches such as a happy birthday card for my partner, with free drinks in the room. Place was immaculate.

One night stay, didn’t have breakfast

Fantastic welcome from the receptionist (didn’t get her name sadly) but really friendly, warm and welcoming. Shared lots of info about the hotel & what was on, and even let us check in early. Room was a great size, very spacious, plenty of wardrobe space, everything you needed (tea/coffee machine, fridge, safe, ironing board etc) Great view and the most comfy bed. We had a fab stay & would deffo recommend

Had plenty of choice for breakfast The lady that was putting breakfast out was very helpful , she offered to make us fried eggs or poached eggs . She was really lovely and friendly .

Building work outside. Hotel itself was lovely

Really nice hotel, room was great, bathroom shower good spec. Good nights sleep which is always important. SkyBar pricey, guess you pay for the view. Would stay again.
