Fantastic hotel with a wonderful view of Marina Bay from our room, clean and spacious room with balcony, comfortable bed, exceptionally friendly staff. Definitely will come back again!

Would recommend! Great choice for a staycation! The location is very good as is connected to three big malls. The lobby and bubble lifts are really eye-catching with the design of John Portman architecture! The hotel is big with different facilities including a pool, chess, gym, table tennis, kids playing area, etc. Staff are generally kind and responsive; Special Kodus to Abhi (from reception) and Rey (for entertainment) who made a good impression that we recalled their names :) They ensure we have a good time at Pan Pacific. We could have early check-in and slight late check-out, with a Deluxe room view of Swissotel. The room doesn't feel luxurious and modern but is comfortable. Surprisingly there is no coffee machine. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety and nice quality. Sadly exterior lifts below level 22 rooms cannot be used easily.

The hotel structure is nice and conveniently located in the city. Mins to Clarke Quay, Chinatown, Suntec and lots more.

Very friendly staff and the hotel building is amazing. It's a fantastic place for watching the national day parade, too.

View and breakfast was good but overall hotel needs a refurbishment. Signs of age all over from lifts to the room itself. Sound proofing was surprisingly poor for a 5 star property. Good price with promo codes but otherwise, you'll get more value for money at other neighbouring properties.

It was a great staycation and absolutely enjoyed our stay at gpch oasis Junior Suite. The suite is located at the same level as the outdoor swimming pool and has access to the pool deck from our room! The room was lovely and we were welcomed by complimentary red wine and cookies from the hotel. Bedding is awesome and both my partner and myself loved the soft pillows. We also liked the bathroom where there were 2 sinks and faucets so we don't have to vie for it, it comes with the steam bath function. The swimming pool too have two jacuzzi area which was great. We also wanted to commend Chef Judy and the service team in the Crystal Club for their warm hospitality and we loved Chef Judy's cooking, and her passion for sharing her creations. Suggestion for improvement - refrigerator in the suite was not as cold as we liked, hence we had to call the service manager to request for ice. Exterior of the hotel walls should be maintained so that it gives guests a cleaner and fresh look as the interior of the hotel is amazing!

Top location with great harbour view! Great rooms, professional concierge and staff, delicious breakfast, and great amenities. Attached to Raffles City with great shopping and lots of eateries, also conveniently connected to City Hall MRT.

Very friendly counter staff, always attentive to our needs. Sadly currently no facilities are available except the social Kitchen space. The room is small but cozy. Relatively clean and functional

I was delighted to receive a room upgrade, which was a fantastic surprise! The upgraded accommodations were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with every detail carefully thought out for maximum comfort. The service throughout my stay was truly top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse range of options. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Millenia exceeded all my expectations. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. A big thank you to the team for making my stay so memorable!
