We just stayed for one night as we were just traveling through Madrid. Was centrally located and although our room was basic and small, it was fine for the night. Staff was also very friendly.

La ubicacion es perfecta!! No puede ser mejor, David de recepción nos atendió perfecto, las habitaciones podrían mejorar muchísimo, la TV no funcionó durante los 3 días q estuvimos ahí se repito pero no se arregló ( se apagaba cada 2 min) se apreciaría que cobrara con una cafetera en la habitación , el desayuno se ofrece en el restaurant de a lado , aunque es un menú sano lS opciones son muy limitadas y el servicio de las meseras pésimo, es un hotel caro para lo que ofrece definitivamente se paga por la ubicación no por más
