Incredible staff. We arrived in time for the power outage and not only did the hotel staff stay late and ensure we were taken care of, but when we asked if the knew where we could find food, the gentleman at the front desk replied, "Right now places are only accepting cash. All I have is a banana and it is yours if you would like it." The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the room and location was great and we would happily stay here again.

The hotel we booked initially decided to cancel on us the last day before our trip to Europe. We didn’t have time to research and just booked this hotel for two nights. The hotel is clean but the rooms are on the small side. The stuff is very friendly. Consider this hotel to only spend a night while the rest of the day exploring the city. There is no hall or any place to rest while waiting for the room. We were the unfortunate couple who checked out from the hotel right before the block out in Spain. We couldn’t take a train to go to another city and return to the hotel only to find a nervous stuff with no computers available, no rooms, no help. Luckily we have found another hotel down the street that had a generator, computers working, and rooms available. You can code this hotel to stay a night or two. It’s clean and in the heart of the city. But if anything goes wrong, you might end up on the street. They are not accommodating. They simply don’t have any ability.

Great location. Very nice hotel. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Totally average hotel in a good location. Room was fine, but not even a kettle or any other standard feature. No public space in the hotel either. I was surprised because I'd been to the same brand's hotel in Barcelona and its much, much nicer.

The hotel is hidden on a side street of Puerta de Sol which is a nice surprise.

Friendly and welcoming staff.

The property is small and the lighting in the bathroom is almost nonexistent. It was so hard to see in the room as well. The table next to the bed is only big enough for your phone. The staff was very nice and ready to help out with any requests. The property includes a breakfast from a connected cafe. The cafe has some really strange food and I was still hungry even after eating there.

A nice reception desk.

Location is great. It's expensive for what they offer, rooms are small. The Bershka store is next to the hotel and the loud music doesn't let you rest well. Staff is nice. Building seems remodel but plumbing must be old, it smells.

Very nice hotel, centrally located!

Surprised with a room upgrade on check in. Our room was spacious and comfortable with shelves and hanging space , plus a fridge. The room was also quiet. The shower was good too. Fairly dark decor but I felt lighting was adequate. The staff were really helpful. The hotel location is great for exploring. Would stay here again if ever in Madrid. One slight downfall, was no kettles in room.

Everything was great! Staff were very welcome and helpful with everything that we asked of them. The room was everything that we asked for and privacy was always maintained when asked of it. Location of the hotel is an added bonus as it is in the centre of Madrid, strongly recommend!
