The hotel was very cool, cozy and centrally located between Puerta del Sol and Plaza de Callao. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was a decent size and the bed was great! The only issue I had was the breakfast and more specifically, the toast. It was thick and dry and tough to swallow. However, the fresh orange juice, the coffee and the spongecake were very good, and it was inexpensive, so perhaps it was worth it after all. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone! 😊😊😊

Está muy bien ubicado entre sol y callao. El hotel es hermoso. El personal muy agradable. La habitación silenciosa y la cama muy cómoda. El baño espectacular. Todo muy moderno y atractiva a la vista. Me la he pasado genial.

Surprised with a room upgrade on check in.
Our room was spacious and comfortable with shelves and hanging space , plus a fridge. The room was also quiet.
The shower was good too.
Fairly dark decor but I felt lighting was adequate.
The staff were really helpful.
The hotel location is great for exploring.
Would stay here again if ever in Madrid.
One slight downfall, was no kettles in room.

A localização do hotel é excelente, próxima a todos os principais pontos turísticos de Madrid, permitindo ir a pé para quase todas as atrações. O quarto é confortável, mas é um hotel boutique, com serviços mais limitados em comparação com hotéis maiores. O café da manhã é oferecido em um café ao lado do hotel, com opções um pouco limitadas.

Location is great. It's expensive for what they offer, rooms are small. The Bershka store is next to the hotel and the loud music doesn't let you rest well. Staff is nice. Building seems remodel but plumbing must be old, it smells.

Everything was great! Staff were very welcome and helpful with everything that we asked of them. The room was everything that we asked for and privacy was always maintained when asked of it. Location of the hotel is an added bonus as it is in the centre of Madrid, strongly recommend!

Hotel was small but nice, very close to main attractions. The only thing is that you can hear everything in the hallways. We wanted to sleep in on a sunday and you could hear everything next door with the housekeeper at 8am. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The shower pressure was very inconsistent, one second its very hot and then its colder.

Estuve en un viaje de una semana con mi esposa y nos encantó el hotel. Sencillo, con buena decoración y muy conveniente. Su ubicación es de las mejores para ir caminando a varios lugares. Lo único que no me gustó fue que en la noche aunque es temporada fría la habitación es muy caliente y no te dejan controlar la calefacción. Por lo demás muy bueno. David de recepción nos aclaró varias dudas muy buen empleado. Volvería a hospedarme con ellos.

Central position, but silent. Clean. With privacy. Only lack is the fact that shower and bathroom/wc were separated and a desk for proper workstation/pc was very narrow.
