Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Lots of options. Staff was courteous. We were very disappointed in the shuttle. We were told it would take 20 minutes to get to terminal 4 so the 10:00 shuttle would be ok for our 1:00 international flight. At the scheduled departure time, the driver was not there so no bags or people were even loaded yet. We ended up taking an Uber. At 10 minutes after when our uber picked us up, still no people or bags loaded. Our main purpose for choosing this hotel was for the airport shuttle.

They turned off the AC to the building for the season. They gave me a room facing the sun during the most part of the day. The room temperature was in the mid 80s, made it very uncomfortable
