We selected this property because we wanted to be near the airport for a morning flight. Turns out, despite being in a commercial area without anything within walking distance, it's still about a fifteen minute drive from the airport. This wasn't a problem for us, since the property arranged a free shuttle that left on time. However, the property itself doesn't have much to recommend it. As noted, the area is of no interest. An active construction site is next door. The staff is more efficient than friendly. The interior common areas and room itself lack any charm or warmth; they're purely functional. No pictures on the wall. There's a restaurant with forgettable food. The room was clean and of decent size, and the large bed was firm, but there were zero amenities--no toothbrush or shaver, let alone slippers or robe (but a sign invites you to ask at the front desk for unspecified items). You're instructed to use your towels multiple times (rather than offered the option). In short, it's designed to offer a bed and shower and little more for a traveler wanting nothing more than to be near the airport, although it's not extremely close to the airport.

This hotel is well managed. Rooms are clean, well appointed & spacious. The rooms facing the Freeway like mine was are very noisy. Staff is friendly & very supportive. Had received great top quality service from: Pascual & Borja (Fromt Desk) & Ms Daniela from B’Fast Buffet. Airport Shuttle was hard to locate. Its service quality is OK but not great. Wait times can be long.

We were only at the hotel for one night, so I don't have much basis for a review. Apart from the staff, however, I would say my review is rather negative. (All of the staff were helpful, competent, and friendly.) After being told that the airport shuttle would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes, we waited more than 40. The dinner (pasta with pesto) did not taste good. The room was fairly spacious but had a very odd headboard that prevented comfortable reclining, and the chair was also oddly proportioned and hard to relax in. Last, the hotel did not provide any free bottled water, which I think of as standard.
