The airport shuttle was an added bonus. The rooms are well kept, modern, and very spacious. I would have loved a complimentary bottle of water to go along with the teas/coffee set up.

It would have been five stars if we had been able to cool the room which was far too hot at night. The window opened which helped somewhat. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and airport shuttle was great. We were told that the air conditioning was not yet available as it was too early in the season - April.

the place ia average amd expensive , isolate , i would not rate this a four star hotel , but if you need place to sleelp at least for a night is right , the staff is professional. and they have a free shuttle from the airport .be aware they lack of amenities in room they are just simple.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. It is a beautiful and modern hotel with a wonderful buffet breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful. Our first visit was a year ago during the month of October. It was a perfect visit. That is the reason we decided to come back. This time we visited Madrid at the beginning of April. We were surprised how hot the room felt. I think the AC was not on and the only option was to open a window. We were a little bit disappointed about this. There is a lot of traffic noise at night in that part of the city so having the window open was not easy. One of the main reasons we picked up this hotel was transportation from and to the airport. We were disappointed to find out that the transportation from the hotel to the airport was not free and we had to pay $5/person (we were three people). Considering the price of the hotel, this service should be included.

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y ofrece transporte gratuito. Tengan en cuenta que no es seguro la disponibilidad del transporte. Tienen un bus que solo caben 7 personas y si se llena no te llevan. Además, estuve allí en abril, con temperaturas que subieron a 30 grados celcius y me indicaron no tenían aire acondicionado porque era invierno. Que sólo tenian calefaccion disponible. Tampoco tenían disponibilidad de abanicos. El hotel se ve bastante bien y los cuertos ok, aunque necesitan un poco de cuidado.

Did not enjoy ourselves. Disappointed the pool was closed for the season. No mention on the website. Worst of all, was after a very warm day I could not get the A/C to work. Called front desk and was informed the A/C would not be turned on until a later date. What a hot, uncomfortable night. Next morning, there were 4 choices for breakfast, none of which appealed to us , and the boss was kind of rude about it. We’ll never go back.
