Morning staff at front desk excellent. Very welcoming. Pool lifeguard was friendly and helpful. Full service restaurant was great. My son arrived from Hawaii and was able to order a full dinner! Perfect hotel for transit.

Food on the menu wasn’t so good. Chicken was gross. Otherwise I had such a lovely stay. Cleaning of rooms happens way too late in the day, i didn’t bother with my room being cleaned. Staff is wonderful. Pool was lovely

Good location with airport shuttle. Good price and comfortable, spacious rooms. Staff very helpful and recommend an amazing restaurant a couple blocks away. Would stay here again

The restaurant is under staffed so quite slow. Food was average. Plan for slow service. (Buffet breakfast was fine) Do not expect to use the airport shuttle unless you reserve several days ahead of time. Upon arrival we waited 45 minutes for a pick up then took a taxi. Upon arrival, we tried to schedule tue shuttle back and it was fully booked until early afternoon the following day so we took an Uber back to the airport.

Great Hotel! We absolutely loved how modern it is. The AC is great and the room is very cold, something we really appreciated considering how many places in Europe do not have good air conditioning. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is room service which was great and helpful. The food was very good and there is also a restaurant. We had a nice view and there is also a pool if you want to swim. There is also a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the airport. We think that it is pretty central in Madrid, it is about a 15-20 min drive to downtown Madrid. I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it.

My second time staying there and not my last. The staff are very friendly, especially the shuttle driver. Very nice guy. The room is always very clean. The bed is a nice, comfortable king. The A/C works great and the room even has a fridge. My own nitpick is that the gym is kinda small. There's also many grocery stores and even a small mall within walking distance.

The property was very good and clean. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. We only stayed there one night before our flight home and the shuttle was very convenient. The breakfast was ok, not exceptional.
