First time staying in the hotel.. Excellent experience.. The location is super convenient, the rooms are very spacious, bed, pillows.. great quality .. Delicious breakfast with many options.. Customer service in general is also excellent.. Special remark for Carmen , the young lady that greets you at breakfast time with a beautiful smile and always asking if we were pleased the hotel services .. This is a highly recommended hotel in Madrid

Our room had a nice view and a good size. The problem was the cleaning, nails on the floor and the bathroom smelled cat pee. Complained about it but, the smell did not disappeared.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable, rooms a nice size. Convenient for transport links. Only downside, building and renovation work in progress, but this is temporary. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant for breakfast was outstanding. Service was impecable. Everyone smiles and all of them are attentive. The buffet is ready for any one or any diet. Front desk and bar area everyone was helpful.

The check in was a bit slow although could have been time of day.
We were originally given a room near the elevator, although were given a different room once we asked to be moved.
The hotel is under renovation although we didn't experience any inconvenience in that sense.

Everything was wonderful! Our room was clean and well stocked. They made up the couch bed for our daughter with lovely sheets and towels. It was so thoughtful. The staff were welcoming and helpful too. Thank you!

The hotel was stunning! So clean and well designed. Rooms were huge for Europe! We had a whole living and dining area in our suite which was great bc we had a seperate room and the kids had the sofa beds that were actually pretty comfortable. Staff was very nice also.
