Modern, spacious room, perfect for traveling as a family.

The room was fab…had all the toiletries, dressing gown and slippers. The staff were polite, and helpful. There was a large choice of food at breakfast… the only downside was that the hot part of the breakfast wasn’t hot enough.

The breakfast it's ao good!!

Rooms were spotless, and the whole hotel smells so good. It's fragrant as soon as you step into the lobby. Everybody is also so friendly.

The staff that keeps the hotel shining and bright should be commended. Their work ethic is truly amazing. Anything that is requested is gotten immediately. The beds are comfortable and the coverlet adds an extra bonus. Some color in the rooms could be added to enhance the beauty of the living space. The breakfast staff are professional and extremely hard working. The choices of food options could be varied from day to day. The hotel is a little ways from the heart of the city but you can walk or take public transportation. The area of concern that we experienced was with the receptionists. The check in procedure was too long. I signed many documents which were not explained. It appeared that most of the documents along with giving my credit card were to avoid the nonpayment of any items that I received while we were there…room service, etc…I had three conversations with 3 different receptionists that we would be leaving early and needed a cab for 4:30 am and a breakfast box prepared for us. All three said it would be taken care of. The cab was there but no breakfast box. All three receptionists just ignored the problem until I stated that we paid for breakfast and would need to compensated. Finally one of them went to the kitchen and brought two small boxes with three pieces of fruit and a bottle of water. I asked again to be compensated for breakfast. One of the receptionists said that he would email his supervisor. We are still waiting to be contacted.

The Hotel became part of the Marriott chain during the summer 2025. I stayed there in May 2025 & noticed improvement with customer service! There is still construction going on near/around hotel but it did not affect my stay. Room was large, extremely clean, & bottle of water placed everyday! Highly recommend this hotel away from all the crowds of gran via but still very close to walk to!

The hotel has an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Very impressive lobby area with comfortable seating, sofas chairs and tables in all the convenient areas. Includes a separate bar area, with an outer spacious, glass enclosed area for nicer weather. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast on the 1st floor offered a great choice of hot and cold food for all. The room itself was very clean with modern bathroom. However, one snag was the fan wasn’t working, hence the 4*. Someone mentioned the hotel gave 5* vibes.
