The breakfast was cooked to order by the hotel chef. Any issues the front desk manager solved them immediately. Very helpful getting Ubers and providing valuable information. TV was great and room was excellent. Would stay there again!

So I stayed just one night, and the staff rocked. They were very helpful organizing my ride to Kandy. They were very friendly, offering a ton of suggestions on what do during my Sri Lanka stay. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was very hot, making for the perfect short stay.

My friend and I stayed here for one night. The staff was nice and they held our bags after checkout so that we didn’t have to carry them around. The room had a musty smell to it and the hotel is a bit run-down. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t it. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower for a night, this is acceptable. Also, there is no elevator, so do not book if you have mobility issues.

Stylish, great bathroom and shower, top location (Ward Place/Borella). Their service was the best I've experienced in Sri Lanka sofar: always on the dot, efficient, meals served in style and eager to please their guests. I couldn't stay longer, or else I would have.. I'll be back for sure.

Dont see any reason why we should return. I am aware that we get what we pay for, but very simple things has been ignored, like training, wires and cables running from everywhere, quality of the menus (appearance). However the staff are brilliant and extremely friendly.

Very happy with our choice of hotel for two nights when we first got to Colombo. An easy tuk tuk ride into the city which was not too far. Some restaurants close by for night meals. Really nice breakfast in a little courtyards. Nice staff.

It was quite funny that only one person in this place could speak English and his shift was untill 5:30.so after that time it was a challenge to communicate with other members of staff.
