家庭式民宿，房間乾淨，員工十分友善，早餐很好吃。距離ODEL步行約20分鐘內，我們在飯店也享用了斯里蘭卡式的晚餐，點了兩份晚餐，份量足夠可以四人一起享用，也非常好吃哦。

My friend and I stayed here for one night. The staff was nice and they held our bags after checkout so that we didn’t have to carry them around. The room had a musty smell to it and the hotel is a bit run-down. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t it. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower for a night, this is acceptable. Also, there is no elevator, so do not book if you have mobility issues.

We had a beautiful stay. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

The hotel was closed when we arrived. We had to call the hotel a few times to get someone to check us in. The room smelled a little damp. Unfortunately, we also found moldy spots in the bathroom and near the windows. When we noticed that the comforter was not clean and had larger, not exactly definable stains, we decided to check out again straight away. The hotel staff were very friendly throughout, accepted our criticisms and we were refunded 2 of the three nights. We think this was very fair and will be remembered positively.

This place is rough around the edges. If youre looking for a place to stay on a budget and are not too keen absolute cleanliness then this is the place for you.

The breakfast was cooked to order by the hotel chef. Any issues the front desk manager solved them immediately. Very helpful getting Ubers and providing valuable information. TV was great and room was excellent. Would stay there again!

Basic hotel maar prijskwaliteit zeer goed. Wij kwamen laat aan en waren vroeg terug weg en hadden dus geen behoefte aan faciliteiten. Goede douche, goed bed, lekker ontbijt ter plaatse klaar gemaakt door een medewerker. In de buurt zelf is er niets te beleven.

Not very clean

So I stayed just one night, and the staff rocked. They were very helpful organizing my ride to Kandy. They were very friendly, offering a ton of suggestions on what do during my Sri Lanka stay. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was very hot, making for the perfect short stay.

Average hotel near downtown Colombo, this hotel has absolutely nothing to come out with. Room poorly equipped but we didn’t care much, just advise this is a budget hotel. Wifi worked great and they have TVs in the room. They list a free shuttle and gym, this made me so mad, the gym is a war zone and is pretty much an storage useless fitness room and airport shuttle was chargeable, and not cheap they wanted to rip me off.

We booked late so most other similarly-priced options were already taken. The Rockwell is clean, air conditioned, well located and friendly. No elevator (not a problem for us). For a reasonably priced place we were very happy but we didn't spend much time in the room.

Great and safe place to stay for a low budget

One of the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. Confortable, quiet, clean and well maintain. Staff very nice. Big quality we will come back!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Da wir bereits um 6:30 Uhr gelandet sind waren wir entsprechend vor der eigentlichen Check-In Zeit im Hotel. Das Zimmer wurde dann schnell fertig gemacht und wir konnten ohne Probleme bereits früher in unser Zimmer. Die Möbel sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es hätte durchaus auch etwas sauberer sein können, aber dennoch vollkommen ok für eine Nacht.

Die erste Nacht unserer Reise waren wir in Rockwell. Alles in allem sehr gut und zu empfehlen! Anfangs waren wir etwas abgeschreckt, da einige tote Kakerlaken in der Lobby liegten. Jedoch war das Zimmer sehr sauber (einzelne Mängel bspw. etwas schmutzige Rollos). Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

We recently stayed at your hotel for one week and wanted to share our thoughts on the experience. Overall, we were impressed with the level of hospitality provided by your staff. Everyone was friendly and efficient, making our stay much more enjoyable. The hotel's central location was also convenient, saving us time and transport costs. One area that I think could be improved is the cleaning standards. While our room was generally clean, I felt a few areas, especially the bathroom, could have been cleaner. So I think raising the cleaning standards bar would be helpful in creating an even more comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay at your hotel and appreciate the effort put in by your staff to make it a great experience. Thank you for your hard work, and I look forward to potentially staying with you again.

My stay was great, the location of the accommodation was also close to the tourist attractions, and the reception staff was very helpful by giving me the best itinerary to go around Colombo!
