I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Taipei! The location was super convenient — close to public transport, night markets, and lots of great food options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the thoughtful little touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and a comfy bed after long days of exploring the city. Super like this hotel !! Definitely will stay there if I have chance to visit Taipei again. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, they speak English fluently. They provide any kind of cup noodle, some local snacks, soft drinks, mineral water which we can enjoy it all day for free. Located near to Taipei Main Station and Ximending. Nearest station is NTU about 5mins walking.

The location is wonderful, a short 1 minute walk from Ximen station and right at the heart of the Ximending walking district. The room was okay, though the layout was a bit strange with the sink on an island near the entrance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked an airport transfer for our early morning flight, and the hotel packed breakfast for us to bring along, since we would miss the buffet breakfast.

Only 550m around 7 mins. from MRT Ximending exit 6. Stuffs are very helpful and speak fluently English. Fridge and boiler in room but if you would like to use microwave it’s in front of reception counter. Breakfast is delicious ham cheese croissants with fruit and dessert. Recommended.

I like the fact that the hotel is at the center that is near to many places. The surrounding area is incredible, next to the Ximen MRT, halal restaurant I.E. Beef noodle, Ximending night market, 7/11, massage places, etc. And the most important thing is my room was pretty clean and spacious enough.

I did not take any food from the hotel as there are plenty of options near the hotel, especially M3. The staff are super friendly and courteous. I appreciate the many options for the welcome drink. The hotel is also just next to the Taipei Main Station, so connectivity is excellent.

When I arrived, the staff was already waiting with my name. They are so good and friendly. Free noodles and coffee too. The room is cozy, and I enjoyed my stay because it's in Ximending. It's near the market and easy to explore food and shopping too!

The place is very cozy. You can chill outside the terrace or you can just sit inside in any of its comfortable couch. Its supplies are complete from slippers up to toiletries as well as a morning brewed coffee or a 3 in 1 easy to mix coffee. And more importantly the capsule like bed that is super comfy together with the fluffy pillow and soft blanket. You can surely make a sound sleep. I will surely recommend this place.😀

Heybear Capsule Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at Hey Bear. It's clean and unlike other hostels, you can have your own privacy. It's also clean. Loved my stay! If you're a solo traveler or backpacker this place is awesome. It's just a street away from Taipei Bridge Station.
