They are so awesome 💗 good job to all the staff, you are rock. It’s hard for me to say good bye. All the staff are very friendly. They always serve you with they sweet smile. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The reception name Ann and Nong always serves us with her sweet smile. Pie and Tom from F&b they are so awesome and fantastic. They’re so professional and the smile always in they face, Nong the reception always give her best to make sure us enjoy our stay. I love this hotel and all the staff. Breakfast food is awesome and the view is very beautiful and peaceful thank you so much. Perfect! The location is very good. Ao Nang Beach is just in front of the resort. My wife and daughter enjoy the space so much. The staff are very helpful, including Ms. Khung and others I can't remember their names. Island tour, kayaking, motorbike rental. All we need to do is just asking the front office. Rooms are spacious and well cleaned. Above it all, the mosque is 20 minutes walking distance and they serve halal food.

This is the best hostel in Ao Nang that I've ever been to. Everyone here is so friendly and nice to me all the time, and the room is clean. Also, the toilet is clean. I'll be coming back here for sure. Ying is the best receptionist here for me every time I come here.

Wonderful hotel & great stay. After 2 days staying in another hotel, we've decided to stay here. We arrived early to put our bags since we know we are early to check-in. The staff greeted and welcomed us upon arriving. The receptionist offered us early check-in without us even asking and we got upgraded to a family suite! We were so happy and they also welcomed us with complimentary juices. All staff were always smiling and greet you. Great hospitality! We spent our evening at the swimming pool. They have a pool bar and you can order drinks & foods, and the prices & foods were great. They have a few swimming pools and slides for kids. Room: Awesome, clean & nice view! Worth every penny spent here. (Ours view was facing swimming pool). Location: a little bit excluded from the centre, but not far. They have convenience stores, restaurants, and massage shops nearby. Would recommend getting a motorcycle if you stay here. Breakfast: Does not have many halal food options. Would not recommend taking breakfast if you're Muslim. Great hospitality, facilities, and hotel! I would recommend this hotel for family and anyone who is looking for a place to relax.

It's our second time staying in this hotel. The hotel was close to Ao Nang Beach and many restaurants around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and had so many options. We'll make sure to stay in this hotel again when we go back to Aonang :) Thank you Panan Krabi Hotel!

The room is clean, the hotel is implementing eco-friendly at the hotel. everything is go green which is most important aspect for our future. the concept of the hotel is very encouraging. the staff is friendly, give us a tour at the hotel surroundings. the breakfast is great, multiple choices. overall, Pakasai Resort is recommended for those are travelling to Aonang, Krabi.
