I stayed at Leevana Hotel, Hat Yai recently. I really enjoyed almost everything about it:
Location is central, close to most attractions — just a 10-30 minute drive to places like Asean Night Market, Greenway, and Lee Garden area.
For Muslims, halal food options are nearby, making it very convenient.
Check-in was smooth and fast.
Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.
Parking is easy and accessible for those driving.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for two people, very clean, and well-maintained. Room service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were soft and very comfortable. I had a really good rest throughout my stay.

This is my favorite hotel because of easy access to Khlong Hae, Hat Yai Central, and Kim Yong Market. The cleanliness of the room, especially the bedsheets, smells good, unlike other hotels.

I recently stayed at The Regency Hotel Hatyai for the first time. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the famous Lee Garden night market area—just a short walk (less than one minute) to the market and around 10 minutes to Kim Yong Market.
The room was comfortable for both me and my wife. It came equipped with a mini fridge and complimentary bottled water. Wi-Fi connectivity was strong throughout our stay. If you're driving, the hotel provides ample parking space, which was a big plus.
Finding halal food was easy. There’s a nearby restaurant called Hamid Restaurant that serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. For under RM150 per night, I believe it offers great value for money. Thank you, Regency Hotel!

I liked the friendly staff. I was allowed to use the restroom and clean up... and there were plenty of vendors around the hotel. It's also conveniently located to tourist attractions.
