Great experience with the hotel. Location is just right beside the church, the hotel is clean and ancient style. Staff is supportive and nice. I did enjoy talking with them. The breakfast is also nice. As a whole I do recommend the hotel!

Tôi cảm thấy đây là một trong những khách sạn 5* tốt nhất tại Hà Nội. Là khách sạn Nhật bản và có nhiều khách Nhật bản lưu trú tại đây nên tôi thấy khách sạn đạt được những tiêu chuẩn nhất định mà hiếm khách sạn khác có được: vệ sinh, tiện nghi, ấm cúng và đồ ăn Nhật ngon. Khách sạn cũng ở vị trí thuận tiện để di chuyển vào phố cổ và cũng không quá xô bồ nên phòng nghỉ cũng rộng hơn so với khách sạn xung quanh hồ gươm.

Khách sạn ở 1 con đường nhỏ yên tĩnh, đi bộ ra hồ Gươm hết 25p. Đi bộ ra phố cổ hết 30p. Phòng sạch sẽ. Nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình. Bữa sáng ngon! Mình đánh giá 5 sao.
