Ms. Ngoc is very nice, and gave me late check-out even though the hotel is super busy. All staff is very nice and helpful. The room is big and comfortable with Japanese standard. Breakfast is perfect and has some healthy Japanese food. From the old town to the hotel can walk around 20 minutes and 5 minutes by taxi. I recommend the hotel for both business trips and leisure trips. We will come back again. Thank you very much. NP

The staff is so helpful. They have a lift, and the staff helped us bring our luggage. The room is the same as in the picture, they even upgraded our room to a family room for free. The room and bathroom are so clean. Sadly, I just spent 1 night because I will go to Sapa. Highly recommended!!

The hotel has a beautiful view, quite ok facilities, enthusiastic and polite staff, very delicious and varied breakfast! However, the food in the room is limited (only Western dishes, no Vietnamese dishes), I hope the resort will soon add a menu to the menu for variety. Another small suggestion is that each villa should have an outdoor dining table with a roof so that families can eat privately and more cleanly! Currently, there is only a small tea table that does not meet the needs, eating in the room is inconvenient! 🥰

Canary Hanoi Hotel
I stayed in Canary Hotel for 4 days 3 nights. Such good memories! The room was clean enough, breakfast okay with a view, aircon works properly, amenities okay, water heater works properly, the receptionist was humble and helpful, security also stands by 24 hours. I used airport pick up transfer from Canary Hotel, the car was big, clean, and I felt safe. The room was exactly the same as the picture in the app. If I come to Hanoi again, I will stay again in Canary Hotel for sure.
