I like the laundry and eating section. Good location. The staff was so nice. If you want to rent a motorbike, ask the staff, then the bike will be delivered at the hotel and no need for a deposit. If I have a chance to visit Hanoi next time, I will stay here again.

Breakfast is delicious, not too many choices like other big hotels, but all choices are very good, especially their daily soup and homemade juice. We had a great experience staying at Bonsella. My wife and I were travelling with a 15-month-old and the staff at Bonsella were so helpful in assisting us to organize broken accommodation periods, storing baggage, and getting our basics tended. The staff were all amazing! We will definitely stay there next time we are in Hanoi.
