Khách sạn đẹp và sạch sẽ, thơm. Phòng gọn gàng và sạch, cũng khá mới. Cá nhân mình thấy ở ngoài đẹp hơn trên hình. Gia đình mình ai cũng rất hài lòng. Lễ tân cực kì nhiệt tình thân thiện. Chấm 9/10 do phòng cách âm không được tốt lắm, người đi ngoài hành lang nói chuyện trong phòng nghe rất rõ. Đồ ăn sáng khá ổn . Gần biển nên cũng khá tiện di chuyển. Khách sạn trông rất mới và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Chị chủ khách sạn và chị lễ tân siêu siêu thân thiện và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ chúng mình rất nhiều lunn. Gần biển đi bộ được. Không gian yên tĩnh. Với giá như này là quá okee. Bọn mình đến sớm nhưng vẫn được check in vào phòng luôn không cần đợi đến giờ. Nói chung trải nghiệm của bọn mình ở đây quá ổn so với mong đợi 😘😘

Had a lovely stay there at a very good price! The staff was friendly. The room was nice with a huge balcony overlooking the unique scenery of Ha Long. Enjoyed the variety of the room service food and the decoration of the restaurant. One of the best dog-friendly accommodations out there.

Royal Lotus Halong Resort & Villas

It's a special experience to enjoy warm indoor swimming pool, I felt very comfortable & relaxing during the stay, they do have room services and any help when you need, My room was nice, clean & have a big balcony. 5 mins by taxi to night market & Halong Marine Plaza. Highly Recommended!
