I feel this is one of the best 5* hotels in Hanoi. As a Japanese hotel and with many Japanese guests staying here, I find the hotel meets certain standards that few other hotels have: hygiene, comfort, coziness and delicious Japanese food. The hotel is also conveniently located to move into the old town and is not too crowded so the rooms are also larger than the hotels around Hoan Kiem Lake.

Overall, I am very satisfied. Spacious room, fully equipped. Nice decoration, except the dining chairs are a bit cheesy. What I like best is the heated toilet. It would be better if there was an air conditioner remote.
