Having been to many hotels in Hanoi, Bloom is the place I am most satisfied with, the receptionist is cute and small, near the hotel with many amenities, the rooms are extremely clean because I am a fastidious person. Now when I go to Hanoi, I will only stay at Bloom. A small suggestion for the hotel, so change the scent of essential oils in the room, everything is 100% perfect.

Polite staff, clean hotels should choose the upper room with windows for quitting. There are free small bottles of coffee and spring tea, complete hotel utensils such as razors, brushes, shampoos, shower gels, cotton swabs. There are elevators, outside the hotel there are many eateries, coffee shops, pharmacies, barbecue grills, 5 km from Uncle Ho's mausoleum, 7 km from Temple of Literature and 9 km from Sword Lake.

- Near My Dinh bus station, many good places to eat, convenient to move. Professional receptionist, enthusiastic, very nice voice. The guard is warm and considerate. Personnel deserves 5 stars. - Clean room, dark color look. The utility is quite complete. No cup noodles, no food even though there is a hot water dispenser. The room has poor soundproofing, the main door has a gap, not tight. You can hear everything upstairs. In addition to the noisy housekeeping corridor and next to the hotel there is construction.

Great Hotel & Location. In the heart of Cau Giay. Walk to all the dining, party, and shopping spots with ease. The staff was great! Always greeted with a smile and interest in what we planned for the day, to which they would make suggestions and tips. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends to stay while visiting.

The room is a bit small but fully equipped. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel is extremely thoughtful, there is nothing to complain about. I brought my child with me and stayed comfortably. If I have the opportunity to work in the Cau Giay area again, I will also choose to stay at the A25 hotel 👌🏻
