We have been greeted and check in by Operation Manager, she have been very well care and introduce us as much as information for us to enjoy 2 days at Hoi An. Definitely the extra mile and beyond our expectation. Positive: - the room is clean and we booked the room with river view, very calm - the hotel location is very good - the staff at breakfast is very uplifting to our preference beverage Constructive: - the staff could be train more and confidence with the service.

A small and cozy hotel running by friendly local boss. We arrived at least 1.5 hours earlier before the check in time and the boss is willing to let us checked in early. Nice deco and very good pricing for the quality of service that we had. Location was great to access to the heart of the old town and night market and yet it was a quiet place for our stay. Even greater as there are free bicycles for hotel guests usage! Really enjoy our short stay at this hotel: D

The hotel is new, the pool is beautiful and wonderful, the decoration is perfect, the furniture is also very new, the hotel has Free fruit, water and coffee. The hotel offers airport shuttle service (surcharge) & free shuttle bus to An Bang beach, with free club & seating service for guests. The hotel also offers free bikes. The staff are very enthusiastic, also guide me a reasonable map to hang out. I had a great vacation. Will return to the hotel on the next holiday.

The hotel owners are very enthusiastic, free bicycles are available, the location is near the old town, the road can park cars, my room has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, big windows, spacious room, very clean, the toilet is also very spacious and clean, in general, I like it the most among the hotels I have stayed in when traveling to many places, I forgot to take a picture for everyone because of my small child but the review is really great hotel, next time I will come back if I have the chance to go to Hoi An again

Lovely and great hotel experience. May, our front desk, was very smiley, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Every single thing was precisely done, and they ensured our needs had been met throughout. The spa experience was really good too. Do check them out as they have plenty of spa options, and for in-house guests, there's a discount which was very helpful. Overall, we truly had a great time there and are definitely looking to come back to Hoi An again 😊

The hotel is nice, clean, the location is quite good because it is easy to go to the sea or to the old town (very close to Vinmart, so it is easy to buy essentials), enthusiastic receptionist, very friendly security guard . Recommend the hotel's spa. When I went there was a 30% discount program, the quality was very good. The room was luxurious and beautiful, fully equipped. Will come back next time.

We loved the friendliness of the hotel staff right from the point we arrived to the hotel. As we need to walk upstairs the entrance to the hotel, the staff immediately helped us to carry a few of our luggages to the lobby and we were immediately served with welcome drinks. The beautiful ladies at the reception also provided us a map of all the must-go places as well as accompanied us to the room to ensure everything was smooth. The rooms are lovely and clean. They decorated it nicely and gave us a free bottle of wine :), thanks! We loved the close proximity of the hotel to the night market which is just across the street and our stay was quiet and peaceful plus not to mention the awesome breakfast! Definitely will recommend it to others.

Bel Marina Hoi An Resort

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean just like the picture. We even got a room upgrade. The hotel is very close to the old town, and they lend free bicycles, which is very convenient. The breakfast was not very rich. Will definitely come back next time.

Service was great. My family and I had a short but memorable vacation. 3 star resort but great service like 4 stars. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Location is also very close to the sights. Breakfast restaurant is very delicious. Especially the resort also offers a boat trip on the river in the morning, the afternoon, there is a free offer of Hoi An specialties. Great. Next time if I come back Hoi An will definitely continue here.
