From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the warm welcome and outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. Every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to help, making me feel instantly at home. The room was immaculate—stylishly furnished, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and the linens were fresh. The hotel’s location was also ideal—centrally situated, with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Whether I wanted to explore or relax, everything I needed was within reach. Highly recommended—I can’t wait to return!

We were pleasantly surprised from the very start. Check-in was seamless and it took less than two minutes to receive our room key. The concierge personally escorted us upstairs, and we were welcomed by a perfectly cooled room. The ambiance was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary fruits and chilled drinks in the fridge. A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily at 3 pm, while breakfast offered an impressive variety that we truly enjoyed. Overall, we are thoroughly impressed by the quality and service delivered by this underrated boutique hotel in HCMC. We will definitely return for our next trip. Rating: 10/10

The hotel gave us a special favor on request, giving us a room with a window. When we checked in, we didn't have it, thank you for letting us feel happy, grateful for the enthusiastic and cheerful service.

When I go to Ho Chi Minh City, I always stay here because the location, facilities, and service are truly excellent. All the restaurants, malls, and souvenir shops are just a short walk away.
