It was a great experience! Lovely hotel. It's like you turn back to olden times. I like the structure and the interior elements. It's the old Saigon. The staff are very helpful and they are very accommodating. The hotel is just in front of the Saigon Plaza. I love the whole set up. I got chocolate from the staff also at night. Lovely hotel! My business trip was amazing with that hotel! I can work and at the same time enjoy the view.

Spacious bedroom, delicious breakfast, and strategically located at the city center. My room was on the 24th floor with a river view, it was really beautiful. Apparently, this is a brand new hotel, so the interior design is modern and bright. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Great location, on the center of Saigon. Just go down to go to Takashimaya shopping center and just cross the street to go to Saigon Square. Surrounded by cafes, bars, convenience store, & many street food.

Wonderful hotel, luxurious experience and great service. I have no complains about the stay. The view of the walking street was great, and I could see Bitexco tower from my room. Central location right on the walking street, and there’s a cinema nearby for late night movies. Concierge was friendly, they helped with the luggages and restaurant reservation. The hotel also has a “pillow menu” from which you can choose from a variety of pillows. TV channels were sufficient. Minibar offering was good. Bathtub and bathroom view were fantastic. There’s some noise from the ongoing music festival, but that stopped around 11pm and did not disturb my sleep at all since the King bed was so comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and quick to respond to any requests. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a great tone for the rest of the stay. The room itself was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the quality of the bed and linens—it made it easy to relax after a long day. Booked this hotel and oh boy, the location is fantastic. Right in District 1 with a beautiful river view, perfect for a short stay. The bed was super comfy, and while the property is a bit on the older side, it’s clean and well-maintained. The concierge team was friendly and welcoming. Loved it.

We were pleasantly surprised from the very start. Check-in was seamless and it took less than two minutes to receive our room key. The concierge personally escorted us upstairs, and we were welcomed by a perfectly cooled room. The ambiance was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary fruits and chilled drinks in the fridge.
A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily at 3 pm, while breakfast offered an impressive variety that we truly enjoyed.
Overall, we are thoroughly impressed by the quality and service delivered by this underrated boutique hotel in HCMC. We will definitely return for our next trip.

I ordered a studio double and got upgraded, yay. Same layout but a little bigger than what I ordered, I can open 2 large luggages + 1 cabin luggage at the same time. It was good to have the little bench to chill and take turns for a shower after going out the whole day. The room looks exactly like the picture, AC was cold. Staff were alert and helpful. They have a sharing kitchen, water dispenser to refill, also have 1 floor dedicated for a common area to work. Wi-Fi was great, they have a smart TV and it works very well.

Loved my stay at Aluna Hotel, Ben Thanh Market, Malaysia Street area! Service was superb. They even have halal breakfast—not many choices but good enough for the price. Special thanks to Selena at reception, super friendly and helpful! Other staff also very nice. Will surely come back here if I visit Vietnam again

We had a wonderful stay at Signature M. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is in the Japan Town area. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and street foods around. Our room was perfect with the city view. They have a laundry room which is a bonus for us to get our dirty clothes all cleaned before leaving for our flight.
