It was a great experience! Lovely hotel. It's like you turn back to olden times. I like the structure and the interior elements. It's the old Saigon. The staff are very helpful and they are very accommodating. The hotel is just in front of the Saigon Plaza. I love the whole set up. I got chocolate from the staff also at night. Lovely hotel! My business trip was amazing with that hotel! I can work and at the same time enjoy the view.

Spacious bedroom, delicious breakfast, and strategically located at the city center. My room was on the 24th floor with a river view, it was really beautiful. Apparently, this is a brand new hotel, so the interior design is modern and bright. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Wonderful hotel, luxurious experience and great service. I have no complains about the stay. The view of the walking street was great, and I could see Bitexco tower from my room. Central location right on the walking street, and there’s a cinema nearby for late night movies. Concierge was friendly, they helped with the luggages and restaurant reservation. The hotel also has a “pillow menu” from which you can choose from a variety of pillows. TV channels were sufficient. Minibar offering was good. Bathtub and bathroom view were fantastic. There’s some noise from the ongoing music festival, but that stopped around 11pm and did not disturb my sleep at all since the King bed was so comfortable.

The staff was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions for things to do nearby. Right across the street is a park/walking area. It was closed as they were setting up for Lunar New Year, but it was interesting to see what they were doing.

Great location, on the center of Saigon. Just go down to go to Takashimaya shopping center and just cross the street to go to Saigon Square. Surrounded by cafes, bars, convenience store, & many street food.

From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the warm welcome and outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. Every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to help, making me feel instantly at home.
The room was immaculate—stylishly furnished, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and the linens were fresh.
The hotel’s location was also ideal—centrally situated, with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Whether I wanted to explore or relax, everything I needed was within reach.

A hotel that is very close to the mall. Just walk and cross the street and you will reach the mall. Everywhere is very close, just walk. The service is very good. The breakfast for me as a Muslim is also good. Every food that contains pork must have a description, so we didn't take the wrong one.

Loved my stay at Aluna Hotel, Ben Thanh Market, Malaysia Street area! Service was superb. They even have halal breakfast—not many choices but good enough for the price. We were pleasantly surprised from the very start. Check-in was seamless and it took less than two minutes to receive our room key. The concierge personally escorted us upstairs, and we were welcomed by a perfectly cooled room. The ambiance was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary fruits and chilled drinks in the fridge.
A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily at 3 pm, while breakfast offered an impressive variety that we truly enjoyed.
Overall, we are thoroughly impressed by the quality and service delivered by this underrated boutique hotel in HCMC. We will definitely return for our next trip.
