The accommodation is very good, convenient to move between places in the city. Especially around Cozrum Homes Citi Town there are many restaurants so if you don't have a motorbike you can still walk. In District 1 there is a place like that for a little more than 500k, it is still worth it. If you check in for the first time, it will be a bit confusing because it feels like your own home 😄. There is one thing I hope Cozrum will pay attention to the bed sheets next time, with the hope that Cozrum's TV can be upgraded to a smart TV. Everything else was good when I stayed here, the space is very comfortable. Because I forgot to take pictures, there are no review pictures.

The hotel is in the post-pandemic period so there are not many guests, the buffet breakfast is not attractive because it is served at the table, the number of dishes is limited, the cooking is not very good. The room quality is good, the interior is beautiful, the city view. Seeing the bustling Thanh Nien Cultural House preparing for Tet also makes me feel excited. The service staff is cheerful and professional. Worth the experience.

22Land Hotel Saigon is my all-time favourite hotel whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home.
A special thank you to the hotel staff for kindly accommodating my early morning check-in and for the thoughtful gesture of turning on the air-conditioning in advance so the room was cool and refreshing when I arrived. These small but meaningful details truly set the experience apart.
The location is excellent—conveniently close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet still peaceful enough to enjoy a good night’s rest. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with fresh and delicious options to start the day right.
What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was arranging transportation, giving local recommendations, or simply making sure I had everything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism made my stay memorable.
I highly recommend 22Land Hotel Saigon to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the warm welcome and outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. Every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to help, making me feel instantly at home.
The room was immaculate—stylishly furnished, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and the linens were fresh.
The hotel’s location was also ideal—centrally situated, with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Whether I wanted to explore or relax, everything I needed was within reach.

Icon Saigon - LifeStyle Design Hotel
We were pleasantly surprised from the very start. Check-in was seamless and it took less than two minutes to receive our room key. The concierge personally escorted us upstairs, and we were welcomed by a perfectly cooled room. The ambiance was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary fruits and chilled drinks in the fridge.
A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily at 3 pm, while breakfast offered an impressive variety that we truly enjoyed.
Overall, we are thoroughly impressed by the quality and service delivered by this underrated boutique hotel in HCMC. We will definitely return for our next trip.
