I and my wife and our 13-year-old son had a fantastic 9-night stay at Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc Resort! The 5 Star Hotel upgraded our original reservation to a wonderful 3 Bedroom Deluxe Villa. The beautiful villa was huge and it included our own private swimming pool and garden. Everything in the villa was modern, attractive, clean, and comfortable and the massive ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom were also a plus! We enjoyed delicious breakfasts at our large dining table every morning and it was nice to watch some of our favorite programs and movies on the large flat-screen televisions. We also made good use of the large refrigerator/freezer and microwave oven in our kitchenette. The hotel's lovely clean beach was only a few steps away from our villa and we also enjoyed swimming in the great pool that can be used by all of the hotel guests. The service at the hotel was superb and the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. We highly recommend Best Western Premier Sonasea Resort to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay in Phu Quoc.

Gia đình mình có kì nghỉ rất tuyệt vời ở đây. Về cơ bản dịch vụ và tiện ích rất okie. Bể bơi rộng sạch sẽ. Bãi biển đi bộ tầm 5p cũng rất đẹp, nước trong cát mịn. Buffe sáng phong phú. Có khu vui chơi riêng cho trẻ em. Tuy có điểm trừ là phần tổ chức sn cho khách chưa được chu đáo lắm, không có thiệp chúc mừng, bánh thì kì thực quá nhỏ so với tưởng tượng. Mình nghĩ khách sạn 5 sao thì nên cải thiện phần này hơn. Ngoài ra nên để độ tuổi trẻ em phụ thu từ 6T trở lên sẽ hợp lý hơn là 4T như hiện tại. Thực tế các bạn ngủ cùng giường và ăn uống bữa sáng cũng không nhiều. Ưu điểm: Nhân viên lịch sự nhẹ nhàng, luôn niềm nở tươi cười và cúi đầu chào rất lịch sự. Phòng mình có xíu vấn đề về đường nước (do sửa đường ống bị ảnh hưởng) khách sạn có thông báo sắp xếp phòng khác cho mình nh vì ở cạnh gia đình nên thôi không đổi nữa. Sau đó mình có giữ 2 phòng thêm mấy tiếng do lịch bay muộn, khách sạn có linh động giá cả.
