Please allow me to leave a review because this experience was terrible. The staff were completely out of touch. I booked 5 nights for 5 million VND and paid in full, but when it came time to check in, they made things difficult and forced me to wait. Meanwhile, the receptionist was just joking around. This is the Nth time I've encountered this kind of staff; they seem to be overly fond of foreigners.

Oh my god, the staff and service here are amazing, the staff are so lovely. There's one lady who's incredibly attentive and takes such good care of me. On my last day, I was waiting for my bus home and lying on a chair, and she even brought a towel for me to lie on. I was so pleased.

Even though the location is far from the bridge and beach, the surrounding area has quite many places for food. The room faces the river, so we can enjoy the city. The room is quite big. However, they cannot decide immediately whether we can check out late or not. The buffet breakfast is nice and complete for Western and Vietnamese cuisine.
