This hotel is on top of the mall, so if you forgot to bring something, you'll just go downstairs and to the mall. The room is spacious, clean, but the walls are a bit thin. I can hear some noise from the next room. Oh and it is near airport, so you could hear planes flying in and out sometimes.

1. It was located in the middle of the citizen's residential area, near Jl. Hour. Rasuna Said as the main road. But it was surrounded by office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and also accessible by public transportation (TransJakarta & LRT). It was actually quite far from the main road, so you need to take a walk or hitchhike a ride to get there. 2. The room wasn't quite big but spacious enough. I booked a Deluxe Room, but I got a free upgrade to the Executive Room which of course is bigger. Actually both types of the rooms are quite similar, the only difference is that the Executive Room has a single sofa at the corner of the room. There was a wall-size window that could be opened, which had a very tiny space without any view but a wall, perhaps it was made for smokers to smoke. Surprisingly, the room has a microwave to reheat your food. Unfortunately, the room was a bit unclean. I could feel the dust on the blanket and the linen. The Air Conditioner was not as cold as it was expected. 3. The bathroom was on the right side of the door, and it was really small. The hose-spray attached to the toilet flew a high power of water. The shower tube was so small, and it was quite hard for me to move my body, especially when I needed to reach some difficult parts of my body to be cleaned. The hosed-shower was adjustable, but the wall and a glass door which separate the shower tube and the toilet & wastafel were only built three quarters, which made the toilet and wastafel got some splashes. Fortunately, The water heater was working as well. 4. The breakfast was delivered to my room. Actually there was a restaurant at the top of the building but I wasn't sure whether it also served breakfast for the hotel's guests or it was only open for the public at night. I went to that rooftop restaurant to breathe some fresh air and taste some food. Well, the food was delicious but for the price it was a bit too expensive. 5. All the staff were nice, polite, warm and very helpful. But I wasn't sure whether I would have another night there again.

I am celebrating my anniversary with my husband, and Gran Melia is the perfect place to have these special moments. From the moment I arrived, Ben escorted me to the red-level reception, and Ben was accommodating and attentive. He happily explained the perks of red level, and even after we parted ways, Ben sought out my husband, who arrived later from the parking lot and escorted him again upstairs. In the red-level lounge, I was greeted by Anas, who is one of the best hoteliers I have ever met. Anas is not only warm and welcoming, but her hospitality is also beyond what I have previously encountered. When I came back here, I wished Anas would be the one who helped me again! Donny also greeted and cared for me, who made such a good cup of coffee! Now the room, where should I start? They upgraded us for free to the deluxe suite; The room is gorgeous. The bathtub made my day as it 's enormous and very comfortable. They even gave me a small cake to celebrate my anniversary. On top of that, they gifted me vouchers to dine at Yoshi Izakaya (my and my husband 's favorite Japanese restaurant), so this time, I was pampered by Gran Melia. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and I am 100 % will be back to stay in the red-level rooms again. Thank you, Gran Melia Jakarta!

Actually the service that hotel given is fantastic. Fast respond. And the staff also very nice and helped. Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. But still need to keep maintain the building facilities too. So for the next all the facilities and the room ready to use and sell with excellent condition. Anyway. Overall was good. Overall this hotel is great to stay with family with children, but must improve the cleanliness, especially the children's playground area. Should have a garden keeper for the outdoor area, the mini zoo area more often get clean - a lot of red ants when children feed the animal can get bite. The food is great, curry was tasty, gado-gado & rujak delicious, dim sum was nice, pizza, all food are delicious. The staff are friendly and smile on their face make us feel welcome. Very recommended to stay here, hope more improve get better and better, the cleanliness of the room, pillow, and bathroom.

Whiz Hotel Cikini - Menteng
The bed is clean, very comfy mattress so comfy I want to purchase it but it is not available for purchase. The hotel location is very convenient because it is close to everywhere. It is next to a small mall that has Daiso, Starbucks, Hokben, and Haircode. There are cafes and restaurants across the hotel. The security staff are helpful. The room is not soundproof though.

My go to hotel for business trip. AC very cold, very clean, attached to MKG mall, very convenient if I don't bring a car. Staffs are very friendly and since I've been here several times they have my ID records already which makes check in time much more convenient.
