Arrived at 11 a.m. and was allowed early check-in and even got a room upgrade. The hotel is equipped with a bidet, is popular with Indonesians, and is strategically located right above the Lavender MRT station. There are also plenty of reasonably priced halal restaurants nearby.

The location is very strategic. You can reach anywhere by bus or MRT, with stops or stations only a 5-10 minute walk away. The room is very compact but still very comfortable for solo travelers. There's also a drinking water dispenser in the room, so just bring a tumbler or bottle of water and you can drink as much as you like every day. And most importantly, the toilet has a bidet.

The Pan Pacific Orchard has always been my go-to hotel whenever I visit Singapore—I never stay anywhere else. The location is close to Orchard Road but pleasantly quiet. The service is excellent, everything is impressive, and the architecture speaks for itself. The swimming pool is unique—definitely an amazing place overall.

Though Carlton Hotel is not a new hotel in town, apparently they just had their rooms renovated and it is very clean, a/c very cold which is good, and no unpleasant odor. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a recommended hotel to stay in, value for money. Will surely come back again to stay at Carlton on our next trip to Singapore.

I recently stayed at Village Hotel Bugis and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The property offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and value—making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel’s location is one of its strongest advantages. It is only about a five-minute walk from Bugis MRT Station (Exit B), and just steps away from Bugis Junction and Bugis Street, two of Singapore’s most vibrant shopping and dining areas. There is also a 7-Eleven convenience store directly across the hotel, which is very handy for quick needs or late-night snacks.
Although the building appears slightly dated, the facilities are well-maintained and function perfectly fine, ensuring guests still enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating—they provided smooth assistance during check-in and were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. My room was spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the city. Another highlight is that tap water is safe to drink, which adds an extra layer of convenience for travelers.
Considering its strategic location, room quality, and level of service, the room rate is quite reasonable and well worth the price. Overall, Village Hotel Bugis delivers an excellent stay experience that balances comfort, accessibility, and value—definitely a hotel I would recommend for anyone visiting Singapore.

Stayed at Mi Bencoolen Hotel for two days with my sister and niece. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. Great location, very close to the MRT, making it easy to get around Singapore. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

Staying at Hotel Royal is a very pleasant experience. Starting from the service from the management level to the house keeping, all is the best.
