Clipper Lounge has a timelessly elegant feel with mink, taupe and mandarin furnishings enhanced with subtle Oriental accents.

While popular for breakfast and dinner buffets, as well as our Sunday champagne brunch Hong Kong locals love, Clipper Lounge is best known for afternoon tea. Elegantly presented, the spread includes delicacies such as finger sandwiches, sweets, scones and our signature homemade rose-petal jam. We also offer extremely popular seasonal themed teas.

International Delicacies

Visit our sushi and sashimi station for fresh Norwegian salmon and tuna. Our cheese and cold cuts trolley offers a variety of options like Brie de Meaux and Parma ham.

Live Cooking Stations

Our live stations include a Thai noodle bar with your choice of spicy tom yum goong or Hainanese chicken soup. The pasta station features a classic carbonara prepared in a giant Parmesan wheel. We also serve Hainanese chicken and soy sauce chicken.

Flavorful Roasts

The carving station features slow-roasted prime US beef rib served with Yorkshire pudding.

Mandarin Desserts

Indulge in classic desserts from the Mandarin Oriental, such as Mandarin Tiramisu and the 1963 Mandarin Cheesecake. Don't miss our homemade ice cream trolley where you can choose your own toppings.
