While the hotel itself is cute, it has no climate control at all. The room gets incredibly hot. The shower is also a shower head with a long hose that’s not attached to anything, so it just hangs. When we tried to use the hair dryer, it blew out sparks. There’s also no elevator (this is mentioned in the hotel details), so beware of that. Room ceilings and doors are very short - my 5’5 friend had to duck at multiple doorways. It was fine for one night, but certainly not more (especially during a heat wave).

Fantastic location. Check in and out was hassle free. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to bars, old town sites, restaurants and shopping.

Loved this quaint hostel. Great location. Lovely little park right outside the door. Had a bit of trouble with getting in but that was due to some missed communication. Thre is no one onsite.

The location is perfect. It’s a no-frills place but it had what I needed for my one night stay. If I come back to Andorra, I would stay again.

Variety of cafes, pubs and stores within easy walking distance. Historical construction and craftsmanship of the building and interior. Safe quiet area. - No staff available for assistance. Bathroom was lacking in amenities and the towels were rough and worn. The TV often had reception problems.

There was no one on the reception when I came at 6pm. The door was locked. The was no parking although they had it in the description of the premises. Not only I was unable to park my car there, but I could not even drive up to this place as there was a road sign forbidding the entrance to the street where the hostal was located. I ended up staying in a different place and want my money back.

The stay was OK. I got there and I had no information on how to enter the building.

Very small room but clean. No air conditioning but did have a fan. No hair dryer as stated in specs. The location is the seller for this hotel as is in ideal spot, in the historic part of Andorra.

Great hostel. Highly recommend

Rooms are incredibly clean and this is perfectly located in Andorra - close to shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed my stay and you can tell care has been considered in each room. Only thing I would say is internet could’ve been stronger as it kept dropping out and potentially some shared items in the common area - a fridge/kettle/toaster.

It was not the best experience I had. It has beautiful and clean building but nothing more...

Loverly cosy place, lots of character, plenty of hot water. We had a little difficulty finding the hotel as google maps was not very accurate in their driving instructions. We did drive to the door but the streets are very very narrow, if you have anything but a compact car I would just walk to it. I missed the email with the access directions, my bad, but there is a note on the door with a phone number. A quick call and we were sorted, really friendly reception. We stayed with another two couples.

Great location and very clean. There are three major problems to be aware of: parking will mean an extra of 20€ per day; my reservation said we had breakfast included, but there was no breakfast actually; there is a nearby restaurant whose fan runs between 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm and it’s very noisy if you keep your window open. Otherwise, it is located in the most charming area of the old town.

El concepto no está nada mal. Le faltan servicios como aire acondicionado en verano, que se hace imprescindible y montacargas al menos.

Value for money. Comfortable room with acceptable temperature at night, even without air conditioning. No fuss, no nonsense.

¡Buena ubicación, el centro a 10 minutos andando y habitación simple y comoda!
